HJS appeals to protest conversion program by missionaries!

May 24, 2007
Mumbai: On Dr. Babasaheb Grounds at Mulund, shrewd Christian missionaries have planned a major conversion program. On behalf of 'Pentecostal Mission', special 'Divine Curing' meeting has been organised. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has appealed that all Hindu organisations, parties and devout Hindus should foil the plan of Christians to convert Hindus taking advantage of their helplessness.

During 24th to 27th May 2007, prayers will be made to cure the sick and ailing. The pamphlet says that 'Jesus is the savior, bestower of health and prince of peace. It also says that era is coming to an end and there is going to be divine kingdom. So be penitent and have faith in good news.' HJS has managed to stall such meetings earlier and saved hundreds of Hindus from conversion. 'Dainik Sanatan Prabhat', a Marathi daily publishes news about such incidents in detail.

Editor's note

Christian missionaries are continuously organizing such meeting luring Hindus to relieve them of their distress and ailments. Hindus should teach these missionaries a lesson and prevent holding of such meetings. They should thwart missionaries' ploy to convert Hindus, otherwise, like the States in North-Eastern parts of the country, Maharashtra will become a Christian dominated State. Christians are trying to use the public psychology. Missionaries hypnotize people and make them agree that they have been cured of their disease. Such meetings are used for converting Hindus. Missionaries are daring to spread Christianity only because Hindus have become lifeless.
