  • Issue of bullying and opposing to immersion of Ganesha-idols in river

Pune, 6th September – A complaint has been lodged against advocate Asim Sarode for bullying an activist of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) who was explaining to people the importance of immersion of idols in river instead of artificial water tanks. Also, at Thergaon (suburban Pune), devout Hindus have issued a legal notice to ‘Sanskar Pratishthan’ for misleading Hindus. (Congratulations to all devout Hindus for giving fight, in lawful manner, against anti-Hindu acts like donation of idols, immersion in artificial water tanks; so also against intimidation ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

1. Activists of HJS were helping a Ganesha devotee in immersion of idol in river at Omkareshwar Ghat in Pune as his assistance was sought. Workers of Andhashradha  Nirmoolan Samiti and so-called environmentalist, advocate Asim Sarode alongwith his colleagues stopped them and insisted the Ganesha devotee for immersion of idols in artificial water tank. Sarode was very rude with HJS activists and behaved in impudent manner with them. He charged at HJS activists abusing them in the process. A complaint has therefore, been lodged with Shivajinagar police station by HJS against anti-Hindu advocate Sarode and his co-workers.

2. Devout Hindus viz. Shri. Shailendra Shinde and Shri. Sachin Ballal have issued notice to ‘Sanskar Pratishthan’, Maharashtra State through advocate Devadas Shinde, a trustee of ‘Hindu Swabhiman Pratishthan’ for misleading people and prompting them to donate idols at Thergaon which is against ‘Dharma-shastra’. It has been stated in the notice that ‘Sanskar Pratishthan’ undertook a drive near artificial water tank set by municipality at Thergaon’s river-bank area during immersion of Ganesh idols. Devotees coming to the river-bank for immersion of idols in river were misled by members of ‘Sanskar Pratishthan’ for donating idols and other offerings made to Sri Ganesh. This has hurt religious sentiments of Hindus and stringent action will be taken if donated idols were desecrated.’

Advocate Asim Sarode bullies HJS activist !

September 6, 2014

Bhadrapad Shuklapaksha 12, Kaliyug Varsha 5116

  • Advocates, supposed to be protectors of law, their actions of intimidating people like hooligans on road, is an indication of likely anarchy in this country !
  • Opposition for explaining significance of immersion of Ganesh idols in flowing water

Pune (Maharashtra) – Behaving in despicable manner, a so-called advocate charged an activist of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) who was explaining the importance of immersion of Sri Ganesh idols in flowing water to the Ganesh devotees. The so-called environmentalist advocates not only singled out and caught hold of the HJS activist; but also intimidated him. Advocate Asim Sarode was one among them. He threatened HJS activist with filing a case against him for getting feedback from people. (If advocates, who are supposed to be protectors of law, start behaving like hooligans, who will get justice in this country ? Asim Sarode should remember that Hindu Janajagruti Samiti would never be smothered by such repression as it is carrying on activities on the basis of divine righteousness. – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat) HJS proposes to take legal action in this matter after taking necessary advice.

1. At 4.00 p.m., on Omkareshwar Bridge, Shri. Ketan Patil and Shri. Aniket Bhole of HJS were explaining to devotees, the importance of immersion of Sri Ganesh idols in flowing water.

2. Shri. Patil requested a devotee to immerse Sri Ganesh idol in flowing water as per Dharmashastra. The devotee agreed to do so.

3. Shri. Patil was, however, intercepted near a Cell erected by environmentalist advocates, on his way to the river bank.

4. Advocates Asim Sarode, Vikas Shinde, Prof. Lawani of Andhashraddha Nirmoolan Samiti and other workers were there. (Hindus should keep a note of such anti-Hindus ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

5. They started shouting at Shri. Patil that ‘he should not deceive people. (HJS activists were explaining science to people; where was the question of any deception ? – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat) as according to them it was not right to immerse ‘Ganesh-Devata’ in ‘Jal-Devata’. (If a doctor tries to give legal advice to advocate Sarode, will he take it ? Similarly, without knowing ‘Dharmashastra’, is it right to bully those who know and are trying to explain it ? If Sarode is so much averse to pollution, he should show guts and take legal action against all the factories which are passing thousands of litres of chemical effluents every day ! Advocates passing such statements without any knowledge on the subject, are actually misleading people ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat) The advocates asked Shri. Patil to call the persons who had sent him there; so that they could have discussions. (Sarode wants to discuss Dharma-shastra without having any knowledge on the subject ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

6. Shri. Patil was trying to explain to him the science all this while in a very peaceful manner; but instead of listening to him, Sarode charged at him. Environmentalists surrounded HJS activists. (Sarode and his caucus should be ready to face legal action in the matter ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

7. Media representatives observed the happening and gathered there.

8. Sarode gave his views. While media representatives were taking feedback of Shri. Patil, Sarode could not control his anger and threatened them with filing cases against them on the basis of such video-recording; for getting Shri. Patil’s views. (Is there a ban on explaining Dharma-shastra ? Sarode should not be under wrong impression that only advocates have knowledge of law ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

9. Sarode got angry even with ‘Sanatan Prabhat’s’ representative and asked him to advise people to immerse idols in artificial water tanks.

10. Sarode had instructed his workers that they should not allow people to immerse idols in river water even if they had to bow before people. (Sarode has to bow before people since he has no knowledge of the spiritual science ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

 September 4, 2014

Bhadrapad Shuklapaksha 10, Kaliyug Varsha 5116

This is not Sanskar but Ku-sanskar (non-cultured) pratishtan!

Pimpri (District Pune), 3 September (Reporter) – Sanskar Pratishtan  hurdles religious activities under the pretext of pollution due to the immersion of Ganesh idol. It was observed that a project was undertaken by Sanskar Pratishtan, Maharashtra state for donating the worshiped Ganesh Idol and flowers and leaves offered to lord Ganesh (Nirmalya), at artificial tanks built up by corporation at Thergaon river bank. Ganesh devotees are expressing severe anger. The corporation should take note of this and act against the Ganesh idol donation. With this demand, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti submitted a memorandum in the commission office of Pimpri-Chinchwad municipal corporation. Samiti has demanded on behalf of all Ganesh devotees that, this propaganda by Sanskar Pratishtan should be stopped, they should not be allowed for such  anti-Dharma activities, the whole river should be cleaned till Ganesh festival and the attempt should be executed to retain it clean throughout the year. Also, during all the days of immersion, water should be supplied in rivers in a satisfactory amount. At the time of submission of this memorandum, councilor of MNS Shri Anant Korhale, Parag Gokhale from HJS were present.
