Before 1976, it was not a crime to utter the word ‘secular’, then how it is for ‘Hindu Rashtra’ ? – Ramesh Shinde

Why do secularists who oppose 'Hindu Rashtra' quiet about the anti-national activities of fanatics ?

Mr. Ramesh Shinde, National Spokesperson, HJS

Mhapsa, Goa – Pakistan’s Flag is being fluttered in Bharat’s Kashmir on 14th August. Slogans in support of Pakistan are being given in Aligarh Muslim University. Some people in Jammu had burnt Bharat’s Tiranga during the shooting of a film. Imam Bukhari is refusing to sing ‘Vande Mataram’. A fanatic school principal in Kerala says that, "I am not going to salute the Tricolour and if I am forced to do so then I will resign". Are these activities which are so obvious not anti-national ? Why no one is paying any heed to them ? Why are the secularists opposing 'Hindu Rashtra', quiet about the anti-national activities of the fanatics ?, asked Mr. Ramesh Shinde, the national spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS). He was addressing a gathering comprising devout Hindus here recently at Suhas Hotel. He was guiding the audience of Mhapsa on Protecting the Nation and Dharma . He asked the above mentioned questions at this time.

Mr. Ramesh Shinde said further ……

1. A question is being asked often that when the Constitution has declared Bharat as a secular country, then why Hindu Rashtra is required ? Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar wrote the Constitution of Bharat in the year 1951. The original Constitution has no mention of the word ‘Secular’. Former Prime Minister, late Indira Gandhi inserted the word ‘Secular’ in the Constitution during the time of emergency in the year 1976. Definition of the word ‘Secular’ is not available anywhere. If before the year 1976, it was not a crime to utter the word 'secular', then how can it be a crime to say ‘Hindu Rashtra’ now ? The Constitution has given the freedom of propaganda to everyone, then what harm is there for the propaganda of a Hindu Rashtra ?

2. Is it not anti-national when Congress leaders go to welcome the steamer Sangres coming to Goa in the honour of Portugal ?

3. A big conspiracy is being hatched up to uproot the concept of Hindu Rashtra in the minds of Hindus and to prove that we are secularists. The secularists are aware that once Hindus call themselves secular, the concept of Hindu Rashtra in their minds will vanish. That is why they are playing this game. Hindus who call themselves secular can be easily converted into Muslims or Christians. That will facilitate outsiders to rule over the nation. That is why Hindus are being brainwashed. Now every Hindu has to realise this and demand a Hindu Rashtra.

4. The Constitution has given freedom to vote and to make propaganda to every Bharatiya. There is nothing unusual in demanding a Hindu Rashtra. The Government has to make changes in the Constitution as people’s mandate. If the word ‘Secular’ can be inserted in the Constitution then the word ‘Hindu Rashtra’ too should be inserted in the Constitution by public demand.

5. Does Tausif Sheikh, the writer of the disputed tiyatra ‘Akantawadi Goyant Naka’ (No terrorists required in Goa) know the meaning of terrorism ? Does he understand the meaning of Jihad ? There are many terrorists from Kasab to Afzal. Some of them are being hanged; whereas others are still languishing in jail. Is Tausif ignorant about them ? Why not a tiyatra has been produced related to the terrorism or inquisition about those who are referred to as Saints in Goa ?

6. Lot of restrictions are being imposed on the ladies in a country like Taliban. They are forced to remain at home wearing burkha / hijab and are shot if they come out of their houses. All have to accept the restrictions like growing beard, not to participate in games, not to listen to music etc. A spokesperson from Taliban tells people of Goa, things related to human rights. Russians and Nigerians behave disorderly and create commotion. No one has any objection about these people; but there is strong opposition to Mr. Pramod Mutalik, a staunch nationalist and a leader of a devout Hindu organization "Shriram Sena" entering into Goa. Mr. Mutalik opposes ‘Pub’. Would the people protesting against Mr. Mutalik, tolerate their children going to pubs and coming home drunk ? According to the Government of Goa, 99% of the pubs in Goa are illegal. Ministers in the Goa Government that there is not a single ‘Wado’ where there is no Aid’s patient. If freedom is required in everything, then why worry about aids ? Those who are opposing ban on bikini and short dresses dare to make their wife and children move on the roads in bikini. It is being said that if Mr. Mutalik comes to Goa then that will affect tourism industry. In fact, about 3 million tourists visit Goa, out of which 0.4 million are foreigners and the rest are Bharatiyas. On account of the 0.4 million foreign tourists, the culture and Dharma of 3.6 million people is being destroyed. Criminal record in Goa is 59%. What efforts are those opposing Mr. Mutalik from coming to Goa, taking to minimize the number of crimes in Goa. In the Church at Old Goa a shawl is being given to the tourists in short dresses before they enter the Church. Then are these churches terrorists ? Why no one speaks about all these issues ?
