It is not a fictional story; but it was so in ‘Rama-rajya’. We want to create such ‘Rama-rajya’ again which means Hindu Rashtra !

Incidents of rape are increasing very rapidly in India. Some people feel that the only answer to this problem is "a death sentence". Although such demands are correct, it is only a superficial solution. Even if every rapist is given a death sentence, rape will not be stopped; because even if a terrorist is hanged, it does not create fear in other terrorists. In fact, they start searching ways for exploding bomb without being caught. The number of rapists is, therefore, increasing with such mentality.

Nobody, however, thinks about how to change the thought process of rapists; how to stop such thought from itself getting generated in mind. The only solution to the problem is imparting ‘Dharma-Shikshan’ (Dharma-eduction) and teaching ‘Sadhana’ (spiritual practice) to them. By undertaking ‘Sadhana’, the ‘Raja-Tama’ (see below for the meaning) component reduces increasing ‘Sattvikta’ (see below for the meaning) in a person. It also helps in increasing morality and thoughts of rape won't arise in mind. It is not a fictional story; but it was so in ‘Rama-rajya’. We want to create such ‘Rama-rajya’ again which means Hindu Rashtra !

It will, however, need 8-9 years for that to happen. Remedies required to be promptly undertaken for the same are : to ensure that sexuality is not aroused through media like films, websites, ‘Facebook’ etc. Of course, we need ‘sattvik’ (see below for the meaning) rulers for such things !

Meanings of spiritual terminologies used above

According to modern sciences, the Universe is made up of basic physical particles that include electrons, protons, neutrons, mesons, gluons and quarks.

At a spiritual level, however, the Universe is made up of something even more basic. These basic particles are known as the three subtle basic components (trigunās) namely Sattva, Raja and Tama. In the word triguna, “tri” stands for three and “gunās” stand for subtle-components.

The characteristics of each of these components are described in brief in the following table:
