Congratulations to united devout Hindus for protection of temple !

Hindus should realize the importance of unity and exhibit such unity for fighting against every attack on Hindu Dharma at all places !

New Delhi – Employees of Construction and Public Works Department (CPWD) along with police, had gone to demolish Durga-Shiva Mandir in Pushpa-vihar area in South Delhi but they had to go back without doing the job; owing to opposition of pro-Hindu organizations and local residents. As local Hindus got the wind of people coming to demolish temple, they got very angry. They tried to contact administration department but got no response from its officers; therefore, local municipal councilors, activists of VHP, Bajarang Dal and other pro-Hindu organizations along with local residents got ready to protect the temple.

They gathered and surrounded the temple from all sides; thus posing a problem for administration and police. Despite strong police security, united strength of Hindus forced the authorities to bow before them and cancel the plan of demolition. Local Hindus left only after Dy. Police Commissioner promised them to not demolish the temple for unspecified period. Hindus accused administration of bias for taking action only against Hindus’ places of worship and pro-Hindu organizations warned the Administration against trying to do the same thing again.
