Dhar, Madhya Pradesh : Initiate movement to reinstall Waghdevi statue of Mata Saraswati at Bhojshala !

MHOW: RSS senior functionary Madhu Bhai Kulkarni urged people to initiate a movement to reinstall the statue of Waghdevi, currently in a London museum, at the disputed Bhojshala in Dhar district. He, along with other senior functionaries of RSS, visited Bhojshala on the last day of the eight-day RSS convention at Mohankheda in Dhar district.

Kulkarni, said that all faiths are deemed equal by Hinduism and asked people to make efforts for reinstallation of the statue of Waghdevi in Bhojshala which was taken by the British in pre-independence days and is still in a British museum.

As per Archaeological Survey of India regulations, Hindu community members are allowed to worship on Tuesdays while Muslims are allowed to offer prayers on Friday to maintain communal harmony.

Along with Kulkarni, other senior functionaries including VHP organizational secretary Radhoji, Sewa Bharti member Sundar Lakshman, Jharkhand prant pracharak Anil, Kashi prant pracharak Rajendra, All India Gram Vikas pramukh Dr Dinesh, and Assam prant pracharak Vorag Rai visited Bhojshala.
