Shri. Gangadhar Kulkarni, Karnataka State Sanghatan Secretary, Sriram Sene said, "Congress Chief Minister, Siddharamaiya of Karnataka is anti-Hindu and atheist. He has set up ‘Ahind Organization’ to divide Hindu people. He has extended aid of Rs. 50,000/- to Muslims after coming to power. Aren’t there poor Hindus ? We therefore, gave warning that if appeasement of minorities continued, there would be uproar in Karnataka. Siddharamaiya had hatched plot to take over management of Srikrushna Temple in Udupi. That too was opposed by Sriram Sena. Anti-superstitions Act was to be passed in Karnataka but agitations were staged against the same. Recently, ‘(A) Dnyanpeetha’ award winner, Anantamurty had stated that he had urinated on idol of a Deity; that was also opposed by Sriram Sene; therefore, he had to render apology to Hindus. "
