Hon. Narendra Modi, who brought name and fame to Gujarat on the strength of development, is the Prime Minister of this country today. Indian people expect development of the country under him. We also expect the same thing. Who does not want good governance, security and prosperity in Bharat ? But Hon. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other pro-Hindu leaders should realize that all-round progress of a country takes place not just with development but with development which is based on righteousness. The following reasons will make this point clear.

H. H. Shri. Sandip Alashi

1. On 9th June, President Pranav Mukherjee said in his address in Parliament that the Central Government i.e. Modi Government was committed to all-round development in the country; but did not say anything about protection of Dharma and ‘Hindutva’. Today, lot of harm is being caused to Dharma through incidents like conversions, cow-slaughter, denigration of temples etc.

There is a saying that ‘'अधर्म एव मूलं सर्वरोगाणाम्’ which means ‘Adharma (unrighteousness)’ is the root cause of all ailments. The country is struck with ailments like anarchy, separatism, poverty, immorality etc. Hon. Narendra Modi should not forget that the root cause of all is unrighteousness.

2. There will be financial growth and man will get all materialistic happiness; but will he get internal happiness (true bliss) ? If materialistic happiness was everything, why do people from developed country like USA come to India seeking happiness and practice spirituality as per Hindu Dharma ? With materialistic joys, people’s attitude will become pleasure-loving, hedonists leading to increasing problems like corruption, immorality, rape etc. How will Hon. Narendra Modi keep curb on such serious problems ?

3. One should actually learn from own past, history. Once upon a time, Arya Chanakya had taken oath to overthrow regime of cruel Nanda in Magadh and fulfilled it with the help of Chandragupta Maurya. Chanakya was ‘Dharmacharya’ and Chandragupta was his best disciple. The movement started by Arya Chanakya and Chandragupta for revival of not only Magadh but whole of India, had foundation of Dharma; therefore, the regime of Emperor Chandragupta could last for many years. Why is Hon. Narendra Modi forgetting India’s history ? Hon. Narendra Modi and all pro-Hindu leaders should realize the immense importance of Dharma in life of a nation and make a resolve keeping Dharma as foundation for development of nation; only then, will the dream of development of nation be fulfilled in true sense !

Hindu brethren, you should also do your duty of explaining this to pro-Hindu leaders for good governance in India !
