Seminar of businessmen at Kolhapur

Kolhapur (Maharashtra) : The omniscience, omnipotence and omnipresence of God will be with businessmen if they undertake spiritual practice. The mentality of Hindus built over past few decades needs to be changed and for which, a channel for Hindus is badly needed. The above views were expressed by Shri. Ravindra Prabhudesai, a spiritually evolved businessman and the Managing Director of ‘Pitambari Group of Industries’ during a seminar organized by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) on 30th March at 5.00 p.m. at ‘Udyam Society Sanskrutik Bhavan’. Shri. Pradhudesai was speaking on the topic of ‘Sadhana and contribution of businessmen in ‘Dharma-karya’. Shri. Anand Patil, an Architect, Shri. Manoj Khadye, HJS’ Western Maharashtra Coordinator also attended the program along with 60 businessmen. The seminar was organized for businessmen for undertaking spiritual practice and participate in activities related to protection of nation and Dharma.

A book titled ‘Bodh-katha’ was released on the occasion by Shri. Prabhudesai. A VCD on the topic of ‘Need for starting channel for Hindus’ was shown during the program. VCD on All-India Hindu Convention held in 2013 at Ramnathi, Goa was also shown after guidance by dignitaries. All dignitaries were felicitated at the hands of famous jeweller,  Shri. Madan Karekar. Shri. Babasaheb Bhopale did compeering of the program. The seminar was concluded with question- answer session.

Inspiration behind writing books to create awareness towards Dharma ! – Anand Patil

An image was formed with creation of various concepts through medium of ‘Bodh-chitras’. The book ‘Bodh-katha’ has been published based on the ‘Bodh-chitra’ which give message to people about what can we do for society for protection of nation and Dharma; rather than using ‘bodh-chitras’ only to entertain people. A ‘spiritual diary’ was prepared based on writings published in ‘Dainik Sanatan Prabhat’ from the year 2008; but it had limitations. The thought behind publishing the book was ‘a book can bring change in people’. This book will influence new generation.

Businessmen should support ‘Dharmaveers’ by offering their body, mind and money ! – Manoj Khadye

Businessmen should support ‘Dharmaveers’ by offering their body, mind and money ! There are 300 sensitive districts in the country; there are 2500 sick companies. There are only 1 crore cows now as against 98 crores cows in the country at the time of independence. A woman is raped in this country at every 34th minute; whereas a farmer commits suicide at every 12th hour. Considering all these things, is our country going in the direction of becoming superpower ? Unification of businessmen is necessary as there is unification of advocates through ‘Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad’.

Highlights

1.Shri. Madan Karekar was to attend the program only for some time but he waited till end in view of subjects discussed in the program and the way it was organized.

2. Many businessmen were motivated to start spiritual practice due to this seminar.

3. They asked questions on many topics like conversion, abiding by Dharma, superstitions, science of pulsations, communality etc. and got their doubts clarified.
