Mumbai : Police Inspector (PI) Shevale from Wadala TT police station had informed pro-Hindu activists over phone on 11th February that Christian missionary K Shyam Kishore’s program would not be held on Somaiyya Grounds.; but police granted permission to the organizers and the program was held at the same venue on 12th February. (Thus, police have cheated Hindus. If police have not cheated Hindus but granted permission for the program under pressure, they should declare it. – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat) Hindu Janajagruti Samiti has informed that legal advice would be taken for taking action against the concerned who tried to spread superstitions.

1. The organizers of the program were contacted on 12th February when they informed that the program was not cancelled. HJS gave a representation to Vigilance Officer at 6.30 p.m. on 12th February for filing a case against K. Shyam Kishore.

2. Senior PI Gaikwad present at that time, refused to accept the representation. In fact, he intimidated HJS activists, informing them that “Permission has been granted for the program and it was already started. Why are you giving representation so late ? I am busy now. I have more important things to do than this. You may go now.” (It shows that police are encouraging superstitions and they are behaving against ‘Drugs and magic Remedies Act’ and anti-superstitions Act passed by the Government. Hindu activists, who are trying to help police for abiding by these Acts, are threatened by police. Police are helping anti-Hindus and behaving against such laws ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat) Shri. Chandrakant Bhadirke of HJS said, “We have not lodged complaint at the last moment; in fact, complaint was lodged on 4th February; but how can you give permission now when it was refused earlier ?” Shri. Gaikwad was not ready to see acknowledgement for that complaint. (Police, not protectors but breakers of law ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

3. It was found on inquiry that senior PI Pande personally went to the venue of the program and handed over permission to the organizers. (Police who refuse permission to Hindu activists to hold demonstrations; give permission for programs of Christian missionaries by hand delivery ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat) The organizers of the program announced two hours before the program about obtaining permission, felicitating PI Pande and thanked all police officers and officers of Somaiyya Trust. (Police get appreciation by deceiving Hindus and grant permission for program in which Hindus are converted ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

4. As the program started, Shri. Chandrakant Bhadirke and Shri. Mahesh Gole called on 100 asking them to take action against program that was spreading superstitions. Police, however, took no action.

5. Inquiry was made with Shri. Anil Sharma of Somaiyya Trust when he said, “We had informed the organizers in writing about cancelling permission to use the ground; but the organizers have forcefully held the program with help from police.” (In such case, Somaiyya Trust should lodge complaint against police with their senior officers ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
