Theatre management removed the objectionable board of ‘Yariyan’ movie following the memorandum by Hindus

Pune (Maharashtra) : Mr. Ravindra Bodke, the Head of Kishkindha Pratishthan, took immediate step after learning about objectionable scene concerning Bharatmata shown in the film ‘Yariyan’ released on 10th January in Pune. Mr. Ravindra Bodke along with other activists Mayur Karande, Gopal Soni and 50 activists handed over a memorandum to the management of the theatre in Pune making a demand in it to stop the screening of the said film and to remove the objectionable board. Thereafter the management of the theatre removed the board immediately and gave in writing the assurance to delete the objectionable portion from the said film.
