Sangli (Maharashtra) : Majority of Hindus are indifferent to every situation; there is no patriotism amongst Hindus. Having love and respect towards our culture, Dharma and identity is patriotism ! We have to create patriots who would repay debts of our motherland like Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj did,’ stated Pujya Sambhajirao Bhide (Guruji), the founder of Sree Shiva-Pratishthan in his guidance held at ‘Velankar Mangal Karyalay’ on 15th December on the topic ‘Mohim – Ashay and Antarang’. His guidance was held for ‘Dharkaris’. ‘Dharakaris’ attended the program in large number. Pujya Bhide (Guruji) said,

1. We can experience presence of Shiva Chhatrapati even today through the medium of forts. Identity of Shiva Chhatrapati is blended with these forts. Pilgrimage of ‘Dharateertha’ teaches how to live for the country.

2. Srikrushna told Arjuna that he was present in all rivers, mountains, people and everywhere; similarly, Shiva Chhatrapati and his ‘mawlas’, who sacrificed life, are there on forts and every where. ‘Gada-kota’ drive is an experience of the same.

3. Drive undertaken this time is for environment. Many things will be achieved through it.

4. Although development is essential; it is more important to create a generation of patriotic citizens, nationalists.
