Shankaracharya Nishchalanand Saraswati’s views on ‘Communal Violence Bill’

1. Causing harm to existence of people and ideals; supporting anarchy !

‘Remember, thinking about welfare of others, have warmth and sympathy for others is befitting to human.  Any law which is completely in favour and suitable to the above principle can only be considered to be worth implementing. Attempts made with feelings of well-being, affection and sympathy to cure a person or class of people affected with some serious ailment like ‘Sannipat’ or those full of arrogance, is a duty under humanity; in gist, a person or class of persons having feelings of well-being and sympathy are considered to be supporter of laws that are always in favour of everyone. On the contrary, a person or class of people attacking existence and ideals of others are supporters of anarchy and against self evolution.  

2. How can a Bill that destroys existence of Hindus, be passed as law ?

Hunger for power and lack of foresight has made the Government directionless and such directionless Government has viciously ruled over Bharat for a long time; but Hindus, who are in majority, have thought about welfare of descendants of even such people; then how can the Bill which destroys existence of Hindus and their ideals be considered within the purview of human rights or be judicious ?    

3. Bill that tarnishes humanity !

This Bill destroys a class of people who have worked for welfare of the Universe through their power of intelligence, security, trade and labour; who have offered morals, economy, work, righteousness and liberation as also offered science of mathematics and medicines for welfare of all; besides offering ‘Rama-rajya’ and rule of righteousness and their ideals; therefore, such Bill can only tarnish humanity. It will not be proper to pass or implement the same within the limits of human rights.

4. Why should there be freedom granted under a Bill to harass people who follow the best moral values ?

The class of people whose traditional ways of food, clothing, living, education, health, transport, festivals, security, service, judiciary and marriage; and science behind these things are the best on the basis of their philosophy,  science and practicality; how can it be condemnable or detestable from the perspective of human rights only because it pertains to certain class ? How can any class of people or person associated with it get full or partial freedom to harass others on the basis of some Bill which is like a curse, only because he is a minority at national level ?

5. Is such Bill not a curse for the mankind if it takes away rights of majority population ?

Why shouldn't a Government and persons associated with it who make and implement such Bill that would take away rights of majority population and makes them incapable of digesting such justice, be declared as a curse at universal level for the whole mankind ?

6. ‘Communal and Targeted Violence Prohibition Act 2011’ is a mass-destructive conspiracy !

Considering the above, ‘Communal and Targeted Violence Prohibition Act, 2011’ is certainly a detestable, self-destructive and mass-destructive conspiracy which is worth declaring as uncontrollable at United Nations and ‘Human Rights’ levels.

7. Wicked coalition of directionless rulers and political parties needs to be defeated by planning infallible strategy !

Such Act is against article 25 of Indian Constitution and a ploy to declare Sikhs, Jains and Buddhists who believe in past birth, re-births, Om, ‘Swastik’, cow and River Ganga etc. by using oppression, force or thrashing so that Hindus would become minority. It is a process developed through education and life-style that is immoral and lacking spirituality so as to make Sanatan Arya Vedic Hindus as unrighteous; it is a drive to declare Hindus as secular in the name of service, brotherhood, prosperity and honour. It is a grave conspiracy to destroy existence and ideals of this country. Therefore, it is necessary to plan infallible strategy for defeating those who are taking initiative or supporting those hatching this conspiracy or have become puppets in hands of others, directionless wicked coalition of rulers and political parties who are power-hungry and devoid of foresight.

8. Humanitarians beware !

It is necessary for even Christians, Muslims and communists who favour humanity, to beware of such destructive principles.
