President Pranab Mukherjee criticised ruling politicians !

Will the Congress rulers passing the ordinance of the Bill opposing Black Magic learn a lesson from this !

Kolkata : In order to implement disputed laws immediately some states publish ordinance; but such ordinances face opposition in the assembly and the members in the assembly too do not hold appropriate discussion on such issues. Therefore the ordinances which are not passed in the assembly should be cancelled. President Pranab Mukherjee, raising a question on the attitude of the state Government in publishing ordinance, instructed that the medium like that of an ordinance may be used depending upon its urgency at that time. He was addressing the assembly on the occasion of Platinum Jubilee?—(Amrut Mahotsav) of the Legislative assembly.

President said further that, taking into consideration the increasing complications in the Governance, discussion should be held on any Bill. If that is not done then the Bill will not succeed in getting the expected consequences and achieving the aim. He also showed concern for less number of members participating in the procedure.
