Sri Rama Sene stages protest against Shadi Bhagya Scheme !

Mangalore: Opposing the Shadi Bhagya Scheme and Anti Superstitious Bill by the state Government the members of Sri Rama Sena staged a protest in front DC Office on Nov 11, Monday.

Addressing the protestors, state vice president of Sri Rama Sena Kumar Malemar, said that the state Government has taken the decision to introduce the Shadi Bhagya scheme only for the minorities is condemned.


He further said that the Chief Minister Siddharamaiah is interested in benefiting to only the minorities, by giving Rs. 50, 000, cot, pillow for their marriage under the scheme Shadi Bhagya. Why he is not thinking about other region who also voted him to elect as the CM he said.
He also said that the congress government has also announced to introduce Anti Superstitious Bill against the Bhootharadhane, Satyanarayana Pooja and Bhoomi Pooja which is the part of Hindu culture, hence he urged the CM to change his decision. If not Sri Ram Sena will hold a violent protest across the state in the coming days he warned.
