Police unnecessarily conduct inquiry of Hindu activists and let terrorists go scot-free  !

Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) held regional Hindu Convention (RHC) in Pune. One officer from Intelligence Bureau from Faraskhana police station went to the venue of the Convention for inquiry and questioned Shri. Sunil Ghanavat of HJS. Conversation that took place between police and Shri. Ghanavat is given below.

Police (P): I stay in this area and just walked down here. On which topic did Smt. Himani Savarkar speak ?

Shri. Ghanavat (G) : Hindu Rashtra as visualised by Swatantryaveer Savarkar !

(Then police kept on asking details of other things which she spoke)

G: She spoke on this topic only. Are you sent here for inquiry ?

P: It is a part of my job. Give names of speakers. (Shri. Ghanavat gave names of few speakers.)

P: Is Himani Savarkar going to speak even tomorrow ? On what topic did you speak ?

G: Yes, she will speak even tomorrow. I will be speaking on ‘Oppose anti-superstitions Act’ and ‘Hindu unification’. If you wanted only this information, you could have just made a call. There was no need to come here all the way. Are seniors pressurising you ?

P: Yes; but we have to do it as part of our job. I don’t want to say anything.

G: Tomorrow, you can give just call up instead of coming so far; as it will at least save your time.

P: Give me details of post held by you and your contact Number.
