Hindus should note that anti-superstitions Ordinance is blind towards superstitions like jihad propagated in Islam; because it is only against Hindu Dharma !

Islam propagates that if one dies in jihadi activities, the person would go to heaven and would enjoy with many beautiful women in heaven. Many maulavis spread such principles of Islam in many mosques. Fanatics youth get lured by such propagation and become jihadi terrorists; kill others including self. The concept of ‘jihad’ is associated with religion and claim of miracle. Also, physical enjoyment is possible only on Earth; therefore, getting to enjoy women in heaven is a superstition. The person, who propagates such things, should therefore, be booked under anti-superstitions Act for cheating and deception. ANiS workers will, however, shamelessly say that ‘action can be taken under anti-terrorist Act against those, who lure people with promise of going to heaven; but it cannot be treated as superstition.’

Hindus must note that no action would be taken against Muslims or Christians even after giving several examples of superstitions in their religion; because this Ordinance is only against Hindus and will be ineffective before Muslims and Christians.

Understand the concepts ‘jihad’ of Jihadis and ‘Dharma-yuddha’ of Hindus !

Somebody may give an example of ‘Dharma-yuddha’ fought by Hindus to support jihad; but ‘Dharma-yuddha’ as prescribed in Hindu Dharma is not for forcibly imposing own Dharma on others; but it is for crushing injustice. A warrior fighting ‘Dharma-yuddha’ is also assured of a place in heaven; but it has never propagated superstition like enjoyment with men or women. Its proof is –

हतो वा प्राप्स्यसि स्वर्गं जित्वा वा भोक्ष्यसे महीम् ।
तस्मादुत्तिष्ठ कौन्तेय युद्धाय कृतनिश्‍चयः ॥

 – Srimat Bhagavat Geeta, Chapter 2, Shloka 37

Meaning : If you are killed in war, you will go to heaven or if you win this war, you will enjoy power to rule this world; therefore, O son of Kunti, Arjuna, make a resolve to fight this war.

O Hindus, note that Anti-superstition Ordinance is not applicable to Christians

Peter Silve, Jayashri Silve of Viniyard Church at Dapodi, Pune and their activists are deceiving people for last 15 years by claiming to perform miracles. A complaint has been lodged against them with Bhosari Police station on 6th October 2013 under the provisions of Anti-superstition ordinance. Police have not taken any action against them despite registration of cognizable offence.

Blessing meetings are arranged every Saturday to Monday in this Church and poor people are duped. Claims such as ‘Jesus Christ touched me in the year 1989; therefore, I can cure diseases like cancer, AIDS, abdomen ailments, brain tumour etc. are made’ (All these claims are offences under clause 5 of Anti-superstition Ordinance, i.e., to deceive and rob by creating an impression of possessing supernatural power). The police are not taking action despite lodging a complaint.

O Hindus! Incidents which amount to breach of the provisions of Anti-superstition Ordinance are going in church; no action has been taken against Christian missionaries despite lodging a complaint supported by necessary evidence. It means that Anti-superstition Ordinance will not be applicable to Muslims, Christians and will be implemented only against Hindus!
