Awaken nationalism without getting entangled in languages, States and castes ! – Dhananjay Desai

Belgaum – ‘Call yourselves as Hindus without saying you are Kanadi, Marathi or Gujarathi. Our culture, which is abode of Deities,  promotes  welfare of the world; but it is facing problems. The nation is under constant attacks. In such a situation, awaken nationalism without getting entangled in languages, States and castes.’ This appeal was made by Shri. Dhananjay Desai, the President of ‘Hindu Rashtra Sena’,. He was speaking as a chief guest in the concluding ceremony of Shri Durgamata Daud (Marathon) organized by Shrishivpratishthan.

On this occasion, Shri. Jayram Desai, father of Shri. Dhananjay Desai, Shri. Kiran Thakur, Editor of Daily ‘Tarun Bharat’, Shri. Kiran Gawde of Shrishivpratishthan were present. More than 15,000 Dharkaris (Activists)  participated in the run. Shri. Desai further said, ‘Presently, the definition of youth has been limited to just alluring girls. However, Shri Shiva-Pratishthan is teaching us  correct definition of the word ‘youth’. I offer gratitude towards Shri. Pramod Mutalik, Chief of Shriram Sena who is fighting for protection of Dharma. We should pay obeisance to every Saint, warrior and activist fighting for protection of nation and Dharma.

Shri. Desai said………..

1. When maximum farmers are committing suicides in Maharashtra, the Maharashtra Government has declared a grant of rupees 78 Crores for Madrassas. Has the Government ever tried to find out what is  taught in these Madrassas ?

2. Union Home Minister, Sushilkumar Shinde says that Muslims should not be harassed. Is he a Home Minister of the country or of Muslims ?

3. Unfortunately, the country, with descendants of  Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Maharana Pratap, and which has always worshipped  bravery and buried many enemies , is in the hands of an impotent leader.

4. When our Foreign Affairs Minister goes on a visit to China, our borders are encroached. When P. Chidambaram is on a visit to Pakistan, the national flag of Bharat is hoisted  in inverse position during a joint meeting. While Musharraf visits Bharat, our national flag is purposefully placed in the inverse position on his aircraft and our rulers do nothing against it. Only political willpower is essential to change such  situation,.

1. Policemen also ran during the marathon. Shri. Desai complimented the policemen running during the marathon.

3. Shri. Dhananjay Desai was presented with a sword.

4. An exhibition of Granth (Holy texts) was organized at the venue by Sanatan Sanstha.
