Sri Sri Ravishankar promises to attend 2nd ‘All India Hindu Convention’

Ulhasnagar (Dist. Thane, Maharashtra) : Shri. Shivaji Vatkar, the District Coordinator of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) paid a ‘goodwill’ visit to Sri Sri Ravishankar of ‘Art of Living’ organization when Mr. Vatkar extended invitation and requested him to attend the second ‘All India Hindu Convention’ to be held in Goa in the month of June. Sri Sri Ravishankar promised that either he or his disciples would attend the Convention.

Shri. Vatkar presented to Sri Sri Ravishankarji a coloured VCD giving information about HJS activities in brief, a copy of souvenir of the first Hindu Convention and copies of monthly issues of ‘Sanatan Prabhat’ in Hindi and English. Mr. Vatkar also explained to him the drives undertaken by HJS against anti-Hindu painter M F Husain, Hindu-hater Dr. Zakir Naik, who has hurt religious sentiments of billions of Hindus by insulting Sri Ganesh, worshipped by them etc. Sri Sri Sri Ravishankar commended HJS activities. Mr. Abhay Vartak, the spokesperson of Sanatan Sanstha and Mr. Ajay Sambhus of HJS were also present on the occasion.

1. Sri Sri Sri Ravishankarji bestowed his blessings by offering a yellow shawl to Mr. Vatkar.

2. Mr. Vartak extended an invitation to him for visiting Sanatan’s ashram at Ramnathi, Goa.
