BJP Government, which is a traitor to the nation and Dharma has no right to remain in power ! – Pujya Acharya Dharmendra Maharaj

Mughal like attitude of BJP Government in M.P. still continues !

Since the permission to hold Dharma-sabha was refused, Pujya Acharya Dharmendra Maharaj held the meeting in a temple !

Pujya Acharya Dharmendraji observing Bhojshala

Pujya Acharya Dharmendraji observing Bhojshala

Mahu (Madhya Pradesh) : Saraswati Mata, who was even worshiped by Bhagawan Shriramchandra, and on whom the verse ‘Vande Mataram’ by Bankimachandra was based is our Goddess. Bharat Mata, Lakshmi, Durga are also Goddess Saraswati. The individual who is a traitor to such Saraswati Mata is also a traitor to the nation and Dharma. Such traitors to Dharma have no right to remain in power. Such anger was displayed by Pujya Acharya Dharmendra Maharaj against BJP Government in a small meeting held in a temple on 1st March. Since BJP Government had refused permission for a pre-planned meeting in the local Dharmashala, the meeting was held in Gopalkrushna temple. On this occasion, 100 Hindus were present. (Traitor to Hindus BJP Government, which used inhuman lathicharge on the Hindus gathered in Bhojshala for darshan on the day of Vasant Panchami and now, creating obstacles in the activity of propagation of Dharma by Saints should be taught a lesson by Hindus in the coming election ! – Editor, Daily “Sanatan Prabhat’)

While strongly criticising the BJP Government, Pujya Acharya Dharmendra Maharaj said,

1. Am I Khilaji, Ghori or Gazani ? – Pujya Acharya Dharmendra Maharaj questions BJP Government

Pujya Acharya Dharmendra Maharaj further said, “When I arrived in Mahu, the Industries Minister of M.P. Kailas Vijayvargiya had ordered police to arrest me. The individuals who had arranged my meeting in a Dharmashala were already arrested. Around 7-8 individuals have been placed under house arrest. The owner of Dharmashala has been asked to refund the rent paid. Who am I ? Am I Khilaji, Ghori or Gazani ? This should be called ‘Vinash Kale Viparit Buddhi !’. Nehru and Shaikh Abdulla separated Kashmir for Bharat; whereas, BJP is separating Mahu from Bharat. Whether Mahu is being ruled by their father ? Can I not visit Mahu to meet my relatives ? I was not visiting here to canvass for Muslim League, Congress of BSP !

2. Corrupt Industries Minister Kailas Vijayvargiya !

I used to visit this place even before the entry of Kailas Vijayvargiya into the politics. Even the terrorism created by Indira Gandhi during emergency days would seem milder than the terrorism being created by BJP in Dhar, Indore, and Mahu. I had taken a meeting to canvass for Vijayvargiya in the midnight, in the year 1993. I am being rewarded for it in such a fashion. Vijauvargiya, who used to move around on a two wheeler can now purchase 100 helicopters. He possesses several cars. He is a rich Minister in M.P. How he could earn so much money is better known to you than me. He will have to submit his account in coming days.

3. Navalkishore Sharma dedicating his life for Dharma !

None of the individuals, who were injured during the agitation has any desire to become a councillor, MLA or Minister. Convener of Bhojshala Muktiyadnya Samiti Navalkishore Sharma must not have thought so even in his dream. He has dedicated his life for Dharma. He has not married nor does he intend to get married. That we should have among us a youth, who is Satyagrahi (Insistent on truth), patriot, judicious and possesses a mind like a thunderbolt, we should be grateful to the mother of Shri. Sharma. (Mother of Shri. Sharma was present in the meeting). She has given birth to a tiger like son, which is beyond our imagination.

Pujya Acharya Dharmendra Maharaj who made a forecast that ‘Navalkishore will be a patriot’ even during his childhood

In Mahu, mother of Shri. Navalkishore Sharma sought darshan of Pujya Acharya Dharmendra Maharaj. On that occasion, she said, “You had come here many years back. At that time, you had said, ‘Your son will be a patriot and will perform mission towards Dharma.’ With your grace, my son has turned out on the similar lines. I am grateful to you.”

'BJP Government will have to pay the price of inhuman beating of Hindus' : Pujya Acharya Dharmendra Maharaj warns in ‘Dharma-sabha’ at Dhar (MP)

March 2, 2013

Indifference of pro-Hindu organizations is forcing Saints to come on the road !

More than 1000 Hindus attended Dharma Sabha

Dhar (Madhya Pradesh) : “BJP Government will have to pay the price of every stick that was used to hit Hindus on the day of Vasant-Panchami and for oppression meted out to Shri. Navalkishore Sharma, the national Convener of ‘Bhojshala Mukti-Yadnya Samiti (BMYS)’. The blot on Shri. Shivraj Singh Chauhan, the Chief Minister of MP and Industry Minister, Kailash Vijayvargiya, responsible for cane-charge, will never be wiped. ‘Bhojshala’ is a temple of Hindus and no power in the world can stop Hindus from performing ‘Pooja’ there. Henceforth, the movement of ‘Bhojshala’ will be known as ‘Bhojshala Muktivahini’. Such activities will be carried on here in the coming period that it will become a place of pilgrimage to hold ‘Maha-kumbh’,” declared ‘Panchkhanda Pithadheeshwar’  Pujya Acharya Dharmendra Maharaj during the ‘Dharma-sabha’ held here.

More than 1000 Hindus attended the ‘sabha’

The ‘Dharma-sabha’ was organized on 28th February at Rajwada Chowk to register protest against harassment of Shankaracharya Swami Narendrananda  Saraswati, ‘Pithadheeshwar’ of ShriKashisumeru Peeth and oppression of Hindus by the police on the day of ‘Vasant Panchami’. In his guidance, Pujya Acharya Dharmendra Maharaj criticized Shri. Shivraj Singh Chauhan, the CM of MP, Shri. Kailash Vargiya, the State Industry Minister, Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh, Congress President, Sonia Gandhi and fanatic MLA Owaisi of MIM for his provocative speech. Shri. Manish Manjul of ‘Samartha’ Organization from Delhi and Shri. Vinay Panwalkar, the Coordinator of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) for North India were present on the occasion.

Pujya Acharya Dharmendra Maharaj said in his guidance ….

1. What right the Archaeology Department has to allow reading of ‘namaz’ in ‘Bhojshala’?

“It is wrong to read ‘namaz’ in ‘Bhojshala’. How can Archaeology Department allocate time for performing ‘Pooja’ or reading ‘namaz’? They have no right to do such things. Now ‘Rashtreeya Swabhiman Jan-sunwai Samiti’ has been set up by ‘Rashtreeya Swabhiman Andolan’. This Committee will conduct inquiry into incidents taken place related to ‘Bhojshala’ and will submit its report to the Government.”

2. Attack of anti-nationals and anti-Hindus !

“One will not find ‘Dharma-drohi (working against Dharma)’ like Minister Kailash Vargiya in whole India. Nobody has caused harm to own Dharma like Vargiya has done. Impose pecuniary and social boycott on such anti-nationals and heretics who cause harm to the Nation and Dharma.”

3. It is good fortune of people of Dhar that a devout Hindu like Shri. Navalkishore Sharma was born in Dhar !

“Despite such severe oppression of Shri. Navalkishore Sharma, he is not at all de-moralized or de-motivated. His mind is as strong as his aim is high. It is good fortune of people of Dhar that a devout Hindu like Sharma was born in Dhar.”

The verse recited by Pujya Acharya Dharmendra Maharaj in ‘Dharma-sabha’

‘‘हिंदुस्थानमे जहां जहां सुंदरता है, वहां वहां हिंदूंओंके हस्ताक्षर है ।
हिंदुस्थानमे जहां जहां खंडहर है, वहां वहां इस्लामके दस्तखत है ।।’

               ‘प्यारा था धर्म जिनको, वे बली हो गए ।
                प्यारी थी जान जिनको, वे मुसलमान हो गए ।’

Pujyaya Acharya Dharmendraji meets Shri. Navalkishore Sharma in jail

Shri. Navalkishore Sharma, the national Convener of BMYS undertook movement for Hindus to perform ‘Pujyaa’ in ‘Bhojshala’ on Vasant-Panchami and Muslims not to be allowed to read ‘namaz’ on that day. The movement was undertaken in lawful manner; but police in BJP’s regime arrested him along with 12 of his activists on 11th February under false charges. Shri. Sharma was also brutally beaten up and was injured in police beating. The Court sent him to judicial custody till 8th March. Shri. Sharma and his activists have refused to take bail since they have been arrested under false charges. Before leaving for Dhar on Thursday, Pujya Acharya Dharmendra ji met Shri. Sharma and other activists at Indore jail and enquired after them. Later, he went to Dhar and to ‘Bhojshala’ for ‘Darshan’.

Bhojshala : Withdraw cases against Hindus or face protest, says Pujya Acharya Dharmendra

February 27, 2013

Indore (Madhya Pradesh) : VHP leader Acharya Dharmendra warned the Madhya Pradesh government today that unless criminal cases filed against Bhojshala devotees since 2006 were withdrawn "unconditionally" by March 9, religious leaders would take nationwide action.

He held Shivraj Singh Chouhan government responsible for police action against Bhojshala devotees on Basant Panchami, quoting his letter written to BJP president Rajnath Singh to intervene in the matter at a press conference here.

"I will not wait beyond March 9 and be a mute spectator to the barbaric and inhumane action by the police against devotees," Acharya Dharmendra said.

On February 15, the district police resorted to lathicharge, burst tear gas shells and booked many people including former RSS pracharak Naval Kishore Sharma under the Arms Act.

"We dharmacharyas will take up the matter at the national level to teach a lesson to the Madhya Pradesh BJP government," he added.

He categorically blamed MP Industry Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya for his alleged "Muslim appeasement" policy. He alleged that without the BJP government's nod, the district administration could not have taken such decisions.

When reminded that it was the Archaeological Survey of India's (ASI) direction to allow both Muslims and Hindus to offer prayers, Acharya alleged, "Did ASI ask the MP government to oppress and commit atrocities against Sarswati devotees? Did ASI ask the government to arrest former RSS pracharak Nawal Kishore under the Arms Act?"

When asked if the Bhojshala controversy will affect the BJP's poll prospects in the assembly election due later this year, Acharya said he would not participate in poll campaigns of any leaders.

"They will have to face the consequences for the atrocities they committed against Sarswati devotees during the next assembly polls," he said.

Pujya Acharya Dharmendra going to Dhar with other Saints to intensify ‘Bhojshala’ agitation !

Saints have to now come on the road since powerful pro-Hindu organizations have become inactive and indifferent !

Pujya Acharya Dharmendra

Pujya Acharya Dharmendra

Indore (Madhya Pradesh) : On 28th February and 1st March, ‘Panchakhandapithadhishwar’ Pujya Acharya Dharmendra along with other Saints will go to Dhar and meet local Hindus. They will also meet Hindus who were brutally beaten up by police on the day of ‘Vasant-Panchami’ in ‘Bhojshala’ to know the situation. These Saints will then meet Hindus against whom police have filed cases. It is, therefore, likely that the agitation undertaken for release of ‘Bhojshala’ would be intensified.

Saints likely to go to ‘Bhojshala’ on Friday, 1st March during reading of ‘namaz’ !

It is a Friday on 1st March; therefore, Muslims will be going to ‘Bhojshala’ to read ‘namaz’. It is likely that Acharya Dharmendra may go to ‘Bhojshala’ on that day along with other Saints; therefore, everyone is curious to know what steps the Government would take to prevent friction.

…Then a fierce agitation will be undertaken after Mahashivratri : Shankaracharya

Magh Shuklapaksha 12, Kaliyug Varsha 5114

Issue of agitation by Hindus to secure the right to perform worship in Bhojshala, in Dhar (M.P.) on the day of Vasant Panchami

Hindus, teach a lesson in the coming election to BJP Government in M.P., which is forcing Saints to undertake an agitation

Prayagaraj (UP) : Mr. Navalkishor Sharma, ex-pracharak of Rashtriya Svayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and National Convener of Bhojshala Muktiyadnya Samiti, who undertook an agitation in a legal manner to secure the right to perform worship for the whole day in Bhojshala, in Dhar (M.P.) on the day of Vasant Panchami was arrested along with his activists by the BJP Government under trumped up charges. Similarly, inhuman lathicharge was inflicted on Hindus gathered to perform worship in Bhojshala on the day of Vasant Panchami. Dharmacharyas (High priests), Saints, and Sages have protested against this treacherous act towards Dharma by the BJP Government. ‘BJP should immediately stop persecuting Hindus by treating Muslims favourably, and the false cases against Mr. Sharama and his activists should be immediately withdrawn without any pre-conditions, and they should be released forthwith, failing which, hundreds of Dharmacharyas (High priests), Saints, and Sages will unite and start fierce agitation at Dhar after Mahashivratri.’ This warning has been issued by Shrikashisumeru Pithadhishwar Jagatguru Shankaracharya Swami Narendranand Saraswati.

….. else will hoist Dharma-dhvaj by going to Dhar ! – Jagatguru Ramanandcharya Swami Hansadevacharyaji Maharaj

Anant Shri Vibhushit Jagatguru Ramanandcharya Swami Hansadevacharyaji Maharaj said, “BJP Government should immediately hand over the temple of Shri Saraswati Devi in Bhojshala to Hindus. Innocent Hindus arrested under false cases should be promptly released. Similarly, the Govt. should grant financial assistance to Hindus injured in the police lathicharge. If the Government does not consider above demands immediately, we, all Saints and Sages will hoist Dharma-dhvaj by going to Dhar.”

The Govt. will have to face fierce agitation ! – Mahamanishi Swami Niranjanaji Maharaj

Mahamanishi Swami Niranjanaji Maharaj of Purusharth Ashram Seva Trust said, “Not only weekly and annual worship should be performed in the temple, but a regular worship and ritual should also be allowed. In order to enable Hindus to perform worship of Shri Saraswati Devi everyday, this temple should be immediately handed over to Hindus. If the government does not consider these demands seriously, Saints and Sages will undertake a fierce agitation.”

Dr. Pravin Togadia : ‘More emphasis to be given to ‘Bhojshala’ rather than ‘Ram-mandir’ problem !

Bhopal (MP) : “The idol of Sri Saraswati Devi was installed in ‘Bhojshala’ and its history is the witness; therefore, only Hindus have a right to perform ‘puja’ at that place and it should not be used for reading ‘namaz’. Beating up of Hindus in ‘Bhojshala’ on the day of ‘Vasant-Panchami’ is condemnable and against the Indian Constitution. Nobody can prevent Hindus from performing ‘puja’ in ‘Bhojshala’. The issue of ‘Bhojshala’ will be taken up first before issue of ‘Ram-Mandir’”, stated Dr. Pravin Togadia, the Chief Executive of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) while talking to the press reporters. (During ‘Dharma-sansad’ at ‘Kumbh-Mela’, many Saints constantly talked about ‘Bhojshala’ saying that it was an important issue; but Dr. Pravin Togadia did not say anything about the same even when the agitation was going on; thus in a way, supported ruling BJP Government in MP. Now, after coming to MP, he is talking about ‘Bhojshala’ to placate Hindus. Hindus should realize the two-facedness of VHP ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

(BJP Government in M.P. forcing Shankaracharya to undertake an agitation ! Idol of Shri Saraswati Devi should be prevented from getting deposited with the Archaeological Department ! – Jain

Mr. Ashok Jain said, “The original idol of Shri Saraswati Devi in Bhojshala is at London. The judicial court in London has issued a judgement in favour of returning this idol to Bharat, but our struggle does not end here. How to justify the actions of Shivarajsinh Chauhan ?

Sangli (Maharashtra) : On the issue of inhuman lathicharge inflicted on Hindus in Bhojshala, a sit-in agitation was conducted in Sangli against BJP Government in M.P. In this mail, Mr. Telang wrote, “The news about Bhojshala (M.P.) appearing in media are very disturbing. The state of ‘Our own people committing atrocities on our own people’ has arisen. How are we supposed to justify the actions of Shivarajsinh Chauhan ? Why the BJP Government, which we called as our own is behaving in such a manner ? We are justifiably feeling scared about losing elections due in 2014, which we felt that we had a good chance of winning. Bhojshala Issue : BJP Minister visiting injured Hindus at Dhar had to flee because of enraged Hindus !

February 19, 2013

Hindus, make the rulers, who commit atrocities mercilessly on you to flee from your wrath like this only !

Dhar (M.P.) : Hindus injured in the inhuman lathicharge by the police under orders from BJP Government, in Bhojshala at Dhar on the day of Vasant Panchami are admitted in the hospital here. On Sunday evening, the Minister in the BJP Government Mahendra Hardia, who went to visit the Hindus in the hospital had to face extreme rage displayed by Hindus. (Hindus are not that innocent not to see through the traitor to Dharma rulers who pretend to show sympathy to Hindus even after subjecting them to inhuman lathicharge ! – Editor, Daily ‘Sanatan Prabhat’) On this occasion, Hindus started loudly shouting slogans against Chief Minister Shivrajsingh Chauhan. Realising the rage of Hindus, Minister Hardia had to flee from the spot.

Minister Hardia had gone to the hospital to meet the injured Hindus under tight police security. On this occasion, he was gheraoed by the Hindus gathered there, and Hindus demanded that action should be taken against Police I.G. Anuradha Shankar, who had issued orders for using lathicharge. Hindus also tried to put a ‘green Odhani’ around the neck of the Minister. (Beware pro-Muslim rulers ! Realise that Hindus, who are putting ‘green Odhani’ around your neck today, will not also hesitate to dig graves for you tomorrow ! – Editor, Daily ‘Sanatan Prabhat’) Hindus also warned Minister Hardia that the revenge for the atrocities committed on Hindus will be taken in coming Assembly elections.

Hindus, powerful proud Hindu organisations will not take any action to secure justice for Hindus in the Bhojshala issue !

Fight yourselves by getting united till idol of Shri Saraswati Devi is re-installed !

Bandh also observed on the next day in some areas of Dhar !

Dhar (M.P.) : In protest against the lathicharge by the police on Hindus proceeding to Bhojshala in Dhar for performing worship on Friday, the day of Vasant Panchami, Hindu Jagaran Manch and Bhojshala Utsav Samiti had given a call of ‘Dhar bandh’ agitation on 16th February. Due to the excellent response given by Hindus to the call, ‘bandh’ was successful. The bandh was also observed on the next day, the 17th February, in the vegetable market opposite Bhojshala and other parts of the city. The police had made security arrangements to prevent any untoward incident.

Demand to suspend Police Inspector General

A demand to suspend the Police Inspector General responsible for the incident of using inhuman lathicharge on Hindus going to Bhojshala was made by Mr. Ashok Jain, President, Bhojshala Festival Committee and Mr. Gopal Varma, Distrct Convener of Hindu Jagaran Manch in a press conference held at Indore. Mr. Jain and Mr. Varma alleged that this lathicharge was carried out on the orders of Police I.G.

Crocodile tears of BJP’s Industries Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya committing atrocities on Hindus !

Says, “Lathicharge of such an intensity was not essential !”

BJP’s Industries Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya, who had ordered a lathicharge on Hindus going in Bhojshala, in the year 2006 said, “Lathicharge of this proportion on the day of Vasant Panchami was not essential.”    (Does Industries Minister mean that a lathicharge of lesser intensity would have been justified ? Hindus, a time has come to display your united strength before the people’s representatives, who justify the lathicharge used on you, leave alone their duty to protect you ! – Editor, Daily ‘Sanatan Prabhat’) Another BJP Minister Hardia said that he would discuss the matter with the police officers using lathicharge. (We do not require the people’s representatives who would just discuss the matter with the police officers using lathicharge, but we need those who would take action against them ! Hindus, teach lessons in coming elections to the BJP rulers who despite committing atrocities on you pretend to be innocent ! – Editor, Daily ‘Sanatan Prabhat’)

Chief Minister’s effigy burnt at 3 places in Dhar District

Effigy of Chief Minister Shivrajsingh Chauhan was burnt in Dhar District at 3 places namely Sadalpur, Dhamanod, and Rajad. During ‘Dhar bandh’ agitation, Hindus shouted slogans against the chief Minister and burnt his effigy. (Hindus, injustice on you will not be compensated just by burning the effigy. Show such Chief Minister and other rulers of BJP their right place in coming elections ! – Editor, Daily ‘Sanatan Prabhat’)

Insensitivity of BJP towards Hindus !

‘Mr. Navalkishor Sharma, National Convener of Bhojshala Mukti Yadnya Samiti in Dhar (M.P.) was arrested by the police on 11.2.13 at Indore and was brutally assaulted. In protest against this incident, and to secure the right for Hindus from the BJP Government in M.P. to perform worship on the whole day on Vasant Panchami by not allowing Muslims to offer Namaz on that day, demonstrations were held between 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. on 12.12.2013, on behalf of proud Hindu organisation, outside the National Head-quarters of BJP in New Dehali. While the agitation by proud Hindus was in progress, not a single leader or activists of BJP visiting the BJP office tried to seek any information about the agitation.’

Bhojshala Issue : It is said that ‘BJP Government failed to abide the orders from Archaeological Dept. !’

February 18, 2013

What right (Maulana) Digvijay Singh (Khan), who committed atrocities on the Hindus entering Bhojshala to perform worship during his tenure as the Chief Minister has got to criticise BJP ?

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) : The Archaeological Survey of India had issued orders to M.P. Government to get offering of Namaz and performing of worship executed on the day of Vasant Panchami. However, the government has failed to obey these orders. In these words, the General Secretary of Congress (Maulana) Digvijay Singh (Khan) has criticised the government. He further said that the government has also failed to fulfil the assurance given to the Union Home Ministry in this regard. Singh has decided to write a letter to the Union Home Ministry in this matter. [(Maulana) Digvijay Singh (Khan), who opened the Shri Sarasawti temple of Hindus for Muslims to offer Namaz on every Friday instead of handing it over to Hindus has no moral right to speak on this subject ! - Editor, Daily ‘Sanatan Prabhat’]

Singh further said, “The administration prohibited the public gathering by promulgating Section 144 in Dhar. Even then, permission to take out a procession and shout slogans was given to Hindus leading to the creation of tension. (Hindus, Take Singh to the task wherever possible for making such statement! – Editor, Daily ‘Sanatan Prabhat’) Even though, the administration claims that a Namaz was offered in Kamal Maulana Masjid in Bhojshala, the Namaz was not offered at the place designated for it in the order, as per the claim of Singh. (Why Maulana Singh, who talks on offering of Namaz by Muslims keeps quiet on the abduction of Shankaracharya Swami Narendranand Saraswati of Shrikashisumeru  Pith by the police of BJP Government ? Why does he not talk about inhuman thrashing of Mr. Navalkishor Sharma ? – Editor, Daily ‘Sanatan Prabhat’)

BJP Government in M.P. lost on both accounts !

The BJP Government banned the worship of Hindus in Bhojshala on Vasant Panchami in order to facilitate Muslims to offer Namaz. After the agitation by Hindus, permission was granted to Muslims to offer Namaz for 2 hours, and Hindus to perform worship during the rest of time. On Vasant Panchami, in order to facilitate Muslims to offer Namaz, the government forced Hindus out of Bhojshala by use of police lathicharge and allowed Muslims to offer Namaz. However, Muslims have alleged that they were not allowed to offer Namaz in Bhojshala.

Thus the government, on one hand hurt the sentiments of Hindus by physically assaulting them and on the other, even by allowing Muslims to offer Namaz, Muslims are incensed over the government for not allowing them to offer Namaz as claimed by them. Therefore, it seems that the BJP Government in M.P. has lost on both accounts !

Baba Somnath of “Hindu Swabhiman Jagaran Manch” in Nepal said, “In the matter, whether Hindus would be able to seek darshan in Bhijshala for the whole day or not, the decision should be given in favour of Hindus. 5. Ms. Pratiksha Korgaonkar of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti said, M.P. They should be immediately released, and action should be taken against responsible persons for this contemptible act.

6. On this occasion, Sarapanch of Adgaon Mr. Yogesh Shivaji Patil, and Mr. Motiram Girnare of Savarakar Tatvadnyan Kendra at Bhusaval were present.

Demonstrations held at Amravati, Maharashtra

‘I hereby lodge the protest on behalf of Shri Yog Vedant Seva Samiti for the disrespect shown to H.H. Narendracharya Saraswati. I appeal all the Hindus to participate in this agitation. If we fail to conduct such an agitation, the government would not let our Saints and us survive.’ Such statement was made by Shri Manav Buddhdev of Shri Yog Vedant Seva Samiti during the agitation related to Bhojshala issue. More than 65 Hindus participated in the agitation held here. The officers of Intelligence Branch were also present on this occasion. It is shameful for BJP to commit such action – Mr. Nitin Vyas, Organiser of Chhava organisation for Vidarbha

Mr. Nitin Vyas, Organiser of Chhava organisation for Vidarbha said on this occasion, “Till today, Congress Government was committing atrocities on Hindus for the sake of votes, but today, BJP is following in the same footsteps. The example of this is an incident that occurred at Dhar. We assume Shankaracharya as a Deity. Only thing we want is to be able to perform worship in our temples for 24 hours. Why BJP feels ashamed of this ? Since the time BJP added green colour in its party-flag, all wreckage has happened. It is shameful for BJP to commit such action. Breathe fire; time has come for revolution. It is a time for ‘Now or never’. There is no use being Hindu by birth. We will have to become Hindus by action and thoughts. Only elect the candidate in the next election who will promise to protect Hindu Dharma. Vande Mataram.”

We will never tolerate that Saints have to face such a situation ! – H. B. P. Sudhir Maharaj Borole

On this occasion, H. B. P. Sudhir Maharaj Borole said, “This is a serious matter for each of us. If Saints, who had dreamt for the welfare of this nation and performed the mission of awakening about Hindu Dharma are treated in such a disrespectful way, it will be a matter of shame. All the political parties possess only one objective, that of weakening Hindus. Sadhus like us have to take to streets against the injustice meted out to Hindus. What can be more unfortunate than this ? We will have to struggle day and night. Else we will get drowned in this situation. When Saints, for whom we are grateful have to face such a situation, we will never tolerate this. For this purpose, I will extend full support to agitations by Hindus. I will also remain present on such occasions.”

Ms. Bhagyashree Deshmane of Ranragini branch said, “It is shameful for us that Hindus have to seek permission to perform worship in their own temple. The government is under the wrong impression if it feels that we would keep quiet. We, all Ranraginis vehemently protest such act by taking to streets.”

Highlights

Bhojshala issue : ‘Dhar bandh’ agitation in protest against atrocities on Hindus

February 17, 2013

Dhar (Madhya Pradesh) : Due to use of brutal lathicharge by the police on Hindus proceeding to Bhojshala in Dhar for performing worship on Friday, the day of Vasant Panchami, one Hindu died, and more than 450 Hindus were injured. In protest against this lathicharge, Hindu Jagaran Manch and Bhojshala Utsav Samiti had given a call of ‘Dhar bandh’ agitation. Due to the excellent response given by Hindus to the call, ‘bandh’ was successful. The traders from Dhar city and many surrounding areas have supported the agitation by keeping their establishments closed.

Unidentified individuals set fire to a police bus and a shop in Dhar !

Some unidentified individuals demolished a wall of Dargah in a graveyard and a minaret in Kumhargadhdha, Dhar on Friday night. Therefore, a large number of Muslims had gathered on the location. (Muslims aware of their faith towards religion ! How many Hindus would display such awareness ! – Editor Daily Sanatan Prabhat) The police force from Dhar and Indore were immediately deployed on the spot in view of the tense situation there.

Police themselves performed worship in the name of Hindus !  – Ashok Jain, President, Bhojshala Festival Committee

Hindus had come in Bhojshala for performing worship with a lot of enthusiasm. The gathering also included women and children. However, due to the brutal lathicharge by police, hundreds of Hindus returned without performing worship.

After Muslims had offered Namaz in the noon, policemen in plain clothes assumed the role of Hindus and performed worship in Bhojshala in an attempt to create an impression of worship in progress. However, Hindus had already boycotted the worship. This information was given by Mr. Ashok Jain, President, Bhojshala Festival Committee. (This goes to show that in order to deceive Hindus, how low police can stoop ! – Editor, Daily ‘Sanatan Prabhat’)

Offering of Namaz did not take place at all – Claim by Kazi Vakar Sadik

Even though, the administration claimed so, offering of Namaz did not take place at all in Bhojshala. We were escorted for offering Namaz, but Namaz did not take place. The administration should provide a proof for offering of Namaz. If the administration fails to do so, we will take legal action. (A photograph showing Muslims offering Namaz was publicised on the website of a local newspaper. Even then, Muslims creating tumult by lying about it ! – Editor, Daily ‘Sanatan Prabhat’)

Will file a case in the court of law against the administration and State government – Muslim Personal Law Board

A member of Muslim Personal Law Board Arif Masud had filed a petition in the Indore Bench of High Court for allowing Muslims to offer Namaz peacefully in Bhojshala on Friday, a day of Vasant Panchami. At the time of hearing of the petition, the administration had agreed to allow Muslims to offer Namaz peacefully on the day of Vasant Panchami. Even then Muslims were not allowed to offer Namaz on Friday, which is a contempt of Court. For this, a case will be filed in the court of law against the administration and State government, according to Masud. He also informed that Kazi Vakar Sadik nd a Congress leader Mujib Kureshi will also be meeting the Governer in this matter. (Just to appease Muslims, BJP Government used lathicharge on Hindus and made arrangements for Muslims to enable them to offer Namaz. The above act of Muslims proves that they will backstab irrespective of the efforts taken to please them. The day on which BJP government will realise this will be a lucky day ! – Editor, Daily ‘Sanatan Prabhat’)

Treatment in hospital continues on the injured in police lathicharge !

Hindus injured in the police lathicharge, which took place on Friday in Bhojshala were admitted in Dhar District Hospital and in three other hospitals. Due to this lathicharge, Hindus suffered injuries on their head, hands, feet, back etc.

Police register cases against unidentified individuals

Unidentified individuals had indulged in stone throwing and arson on 15th February. On that occasion, a police van and a two-wheeler was set on fire. Archaeological Department not even aware that the temples are not just the historical monuments, but they are religious places of Hindus !

‘Many ancient temples in Bharat are preserved by the Archaeological Department. Even then, a temple is meant for devotees and not just for preservation. Temple is not just a historical monument like a fort or a palace, but it is a place for performing worship and rituals. Since the Archaeological Department is not conscious of this fact, they enforce many restrictions on Hindus and prevent them from performing worship and other rituals.

Religious places like Vatican Church of Christians and Mecca, Medina of Muslims are also historical monuments. Still, they are used for religious programmes. The department of Archaeological Survey of India should definitely preserve the ancient temples, but their objective should be that these temples remain fit for performing worship in them.

In Hindu nation, the temples, which are sources of Chaitanya will be properly preserved. There will be an Archaeological Department which will be conscious to ensure how maximum benefit of the temples can be accrued to Hindus !’

Bhojshala issue : Shivaraj Singh attempted to kill me, says Shankaracharya

While speaking with Press, Kashi Sumeru Pitha Shankaracharya Narendrananda Saraswati Maharaj said, "This time I had to face so much insult in Madhya Pradesh, which I have not thought even in the dream. I was put under house arrest at some place in dense forest. One IPS officer Ramaji Shrivastav tried to kill me by dashing his police vehicle to the vehicle in which I was travelling. Police also assaulted owner and driver of my vehicle. Will Shivraj do this with any Muslim religious leader ? BJP Govt. kept me under house arrest in the guest house of Forest Department for 4.5 hours. This guest house was built in British era and it was full of dust."

Hindus entering Bhojshala were brutally lathicharged twice; 1 died, more than 450 Hindus injured !

February 16, 2013

Has BJP, which used brutal lathicharge on Hindus, any right to speak about Ram temple ?

Dhar (Madhya Pradesh) : Hindus, who had gathered to perform ‘puja’ of Sri Saraswati Devi in ‘Bhojshala’ on the day of ‘Vasant Panchami’, were severely beaten up by BJP Government’s police with sticks and tear-gas shells were burst twice. Hindus going to ‘Bhojshala’ in the afternoon were stopped by the police. Police beat up enraged Hindus at about 2.00 p.m. in which one person died and more than 450 people were injured. (Hindus, continue to fight till an offence of culpable homicide is registered against Policemen responsible for the death of Hindus ! – Editor Sanatan Prabhat) Hindus pelted stones at police and at their vehicles; they started raising slogans against BJP Government. From everywhere, one could hear the slogans raised against Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan. After reading of ‘namaz’ by Muslims, ‘Bhojshala’ was opened for Hindus for performing ‘puja’. Again at 4.30 p.m., police unnecessarily beat up Hindus with sticks. Few channels showed Hindus being beaten up; still Dhar’s Inspector General of Police, Anuradha Shankar made false claim that Hindus were not beaten with sticks. More than 50,000 Hindus went to ‘Bhojshala’ and performed ‘puja’ paying no heed to BJP Government’s repression.

Muslims offering namaz

Muslims offering namaz

Use of government vehicles to transport 16 Muslims in Bhojshala for offering Namaz

After the outbreak by Hindus, they indulged in heavy stone throwing on the police. Muslims were allotted a time of 1 p.m. for offering Namaz, but due to stone throwing, offering of Namaz did not begin within the proposed timing. Muslims gathered for Namaz were provided with full protection; similarly, in order to ensure their easy access to Bhojshala for offering Namaz, government vehicles were used. Some 16 Muslims offered Namaz at that time. (BJP Government committing atrocities on Hindus and persecuting Shankaracharya just to appease 16 Muslims ! – Editor Sanatan Prabhat). As per the police version, Muslims left Bhojshala after offering Namaz at 2.30 p.m.

Use of lathicharge on Mr. Ashok Jain, President of Bhojshala Festival Committee !

Police have made use of lathicharge also on Mr. Ashok Jain, President of Bhojshala Festival Committee. Therefore, Mr. Jain and his activists have expressed deep rage on this incident. Bhojshala: Congress says government did not abide by court, ASI orders

February 16, 2013

Bhopal (MP) : Leader of Opposition in Madhya Pradesh Assembly Ajay Singh on Friday charged the ruling BJP government did not follow ASI and court orders with regard to performing of Puja and Namaz at the disputed Bhojshala in Dhar district.

"As an head of the state, it was the duty of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan to ensure conduct of both Puja and Namaz peacefully. Both ASI and the court had given directions in this regard, but the government failed in discharging its duties," Singh said in a statement.

"The way Chouhan observed silence on the issue of Bhojshala was a clear indication that he was waiting for the occurrence of some serious incident in the town," Singh said.

He said that the state government conducted Namaz in a symbolic manner (only 16 people offered prayers) and that too under tight security, violating the guidelines of the ASI.

The Congress leader also condemned the cane-charge and use of force by the police against the devotees and praised the people of Dhar for not getting "mislead by communal forces" and for maintaining peace.

Protest by all the Hindu organisations for using lathicharge on Hindus in Bhojshala and preventing Shankaracharya from entering Bhojashala !

February 16, 2013

Today, various Hindu organisations held protest against Bhojshala issue at Following places :

Karnataka : Karwar, Bhadravati (Shivamogga),Bengaluru,Mangalore, Udupi, Raichur, Ranebennuru, Hubali, Bhatkal, Gadag.

Maharashtra : Pune, Nagar, Jalgaon, Sangali, Barshi (Solapur), Kolhapur, Satara, Vai, Karad, Vaduj, Amravati, Nashik.

All the Hindu organisations have lodged their protest against the incidents of preventing Shankaracharya Swami Narendranand Saraswati from entering Bhojshala and transporting Him to another place and using lathicharge on Hindus gathered for performing worship in Bhojshala.

The department of Archaeological Survey of India under the Union Government had permitted Hindus to perform worship in the temple of Shri Saraswati Devi, in Bhojshala. Shankaracharya went to Bhojshala for performing this worship, but the police violated religious freedom and human rights by arresting Him illegally. Will the BJP Government preventing Shankaracharya ever dare to prevent Imam Bukhari or Pope from offering Namaz or prayer ? Letting Muslims offer Namaz and preventing Shankaracharya, who is held in esteem by crores of Hindus from performing worship and similarly using lathicharge to disperse Hindus are the acts conducted by BJP Government to appease Muslim community. The BJP Ministers themselves abducted Shankaracharya by sweet talks. This is an invasion on the human and religious rights of Hindus. BJP will have to pay for this in coming parliamentary elections. This warning was issued by all the Hindu organisations. The press note issued by the Hindu organisation includes the names of Mr. Ishwarprasad Khandelwal of ‘Lashkar-E-Hind’, Vedmurti Dhananjayshastri Vaidya, President of Sanatan Dharmasabha in Vasai, Mr. Sunil Ghanawat, Coordinator of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti for Maharashtra State, Advocate Sanjiv Punalekar, Secretary of Hindu Lawyers Forum, Mr. Abhay Vartak, Spokesperson of Sanatan Sanstha, and Mr. Arvind Panasare of Deshbhakta Patrakar Sangh.

Awareness about Bhojshala on ‘Sudarshan’ TV channel !

‘When Muslims can offer Namaz 52 times a year, Hindus are not permitted to perform worship even for a day; is this called religious goodwill ?’ – Ramesh Shinde, Spokesperson, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti

A group discussion was arranged on ‘Sudarshan’ TV channel on 15th February to create awareness about Bhojshala. Mr. Ramesh Shinde, Spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti also participated in the discussions through his mobile phone. Mr. Shinde briefed Hindus about the historical background of Bhojshala. ‘Sudarshan’ TV channel continued to telecast the latest developments in Bhojshala later in the day. Mr. Shinde went on to inform about the injustice being committed on Hindus through the developments in Bhojashala all through the day. Mr. Shinde said, “Muslims can offer Namaz 52 times on Fridays in a year, but Hindus are permitted to perform worship only for a day on Vasant Panchami. Does the responsibility of maintaining religious harmony belongs only to Hindus ? If Muslims would have offered Namaz elsewhere on this day and allowed Hindus to perform worship for the whole day, the religious harmony would have been maintained. Muslims offer Namaz on the road right from Dehali to Paris, New York, then what harm would have been caused if they had offered Namaz elsewhere in Dhar ?”

Shankaracharya Narendranand Saraswati end his fast after performing puja at Bhojshala

February 15, 2013

Hindus, it should not be a matter of surprise if the BJP Government, which persecute Shankaracharya in order to enable Muslims to offer Namaz in a temple demolishes Hindus’ temples like Mughals !

Last night, Shankaracharya Narendranand Saraswati has ended the fast undertaken by Him because he was prevented him from entering Bhojshala !

Indore (Madhya Pradesh) : Since Shankaracharya Swami Narendranand Saraswati of Shrikashisumerupith was prevented from proceeding to Dhar from Indore on 14th February, He had started fast from the morning of 15th February at Indore only. He had taken a stand that unless he is permitted to perform worship in Bhojshala, He will not consume even a drop of water. (Will the BJP Government, treacherous to Hindus and preventing Shankaracharya dare to prevent a Maulana or a priest of another religion ? If such an effort would be made, the Muslims or Christians will immediately take to streets and raise their voice against such an action, but the Hindus remain inactive even after the persecution of Shankaracharya ! – Editor Sanatan Prabhat)

Sequence of events which led to the persecution of Shankaracharya Swami Narendranand Saraswati by the BJP Government !

1. On the late night of 14th February, M.P. police surrounded the residence of Shankaracharya Swami Narendranand Saraswati at Indore.

2. On the same night, the Health Minister of M.P. met Shankaracharya and requested him to back down from the issue of Bhojshala, which Shankaracharya refused.

3. On the morning of 15th February, the police requested Shankaracharya, who was to proceed to Dhar to travel in the police vehicle citing the security reasons. However, since Shankaracharya insisted on travelling in His own vehicle, His vehicle left for Dhar with the convoy of police vehicles.

4. After some distance was covered, security forces stopped the vehicle of Shankaracharya on the road from Indore to Dhar. All the sevaks (Individuals deputed to serve) of Shankaracharya, driver, and Mr. Vinay Panwalkar, Coordinator of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti for North Bharat were made to alight from the vehicle. On this occasion, in order to prevent any one from contacting Shankaracharya, His mobile phone was seized; similarly, the mobile phones of all sevaks, driver, and Mr. Vinay Panwalkar were also seized.

5. Afterwards, police took control of His vehicle and started to move it towards Omkareshwar, that is, in the opposite direction of Dhar.

 6. At that time, Shankaracharya jumped out of the vehicle and squatted on the road. He firmly told the police that unless the vehicle is driven towards Dhar, he will not board the vehicle.

7. Afterwards, the police acceded to the demands of Shankaracharya and made Him sit in the vehicle. They proceeded towards Dhar.

8. After travelling for some distance, one of the police vehicles purposefully dashed against the vehicle carrying Shankaracharya. Therefore, the driver stopped the vehicle. Afterwards, the police took charge of the vehicle and turned it towards a forest by abandoning Indore-Dhar highway.

9. Shankaracharya and His sevaks were put under house arrest in a guest house from British era at an approximate distance of 15 K.M. Since this guest house was not cleaned for years together, it was in shambles. It had a lot of dust and cobwebs.

10. In order to ensure that Shankaracharya should not escape, the police personnel in 8 vehicles were deputed there.

11. At 4.15, Shankaracharya and His sevaks were freed and were told by the police that they could then proceed towards Dhar.

12. Around 6.30 p.m., Shankaracharya reached Dhar. On that occasion, Hindus rejoiced the event loudly.

13. Shankaracharya performed ritual worship of Yadnyakund (Pit where yadnya is performed) and conducted a press conference in Dhar. He said in the press conference, “The way the government has taken care to ensure that Muslims can offer Namaz in Bhojshala, similar action should be taken by it to ensure that Hindus would be able to perform worship in Jama Masjid at Bhopal because the Masjid itself is an erstwhile temple.”

14. After the press conference, Shankaracharya visited the hospital to meet the injured.

15. Late night, Shankaracharya conducted a press conference in Indore.

Government offering red carpet treatment to Muslims does not let Shankaracharya even to undertake a journey !

‘In order to prevent Shankaracharya from arriving in Indore, BJP Government had cancelled His air-ticket by keeping Him in dark; still Shankaracharya reached Indore by overcoming all the obstacles placed by the BJP Government !’

In order to protest against the disrespectful treatment given to Shankaracharya Swami Narendranand Saraswati by the government, agitations are being organised today (16 February 2013) at various places !

Protest over the arrest of Shankaracharya Swami Narendranand Saraswati ! – Maharashtra Vice-President of BJP Mr. Sambhaji Pawar

February 15, 2013

Will BJP Government of Madhya Pradesh will learn from their own party colleague !

Sangli (Maharashtra) : ‘Hindus must get permission to perform worship of Shri Saraswati Devi in Bhojshala. It is surprising that when this temple belongs to Hindus, why government is opposing it. I protest against the arrest of Shankaracharya Swami Narendranand Saraswati of Shrikashisumeru Pith. M.P. Government should immediately release Shankaracharya and His followers. What is more unfortunate than the fact that Hindus have to resort to agitation to get their rights ?” Such a strong reaction was given by the State Vice-President of BJP Mr. Sambhaji Pawar while speaking with the reporter of ‘Sanatan Prabhat’.

Kashi Sumeru Pith Shankaracharya Narendrananda Saraswati and his companions have reached at Dhar and in next few minutes, he will be heading towards Bhojshala. Around 15 people are with Shankaracharya. It is expected that many Hindu devotees will enter Bhojshala along with Shankaracharya.

Discrimination of Hindus continues by Police and Administration

Hindu devotees have to walk at least 3 km due to obstacles created by Police and Administration. They have closed Mandi Road (coming towards Bhojshala) for vehicles and also one gate of Bhojshala complex has been closed, hence Hindus need to walk long distance to reach Bhojshala for darshan.

Heavy police presence can be seen at Bhojshala

Heavy police presence can be seen at Bhojshala

Shri. Ashok Jain of Bhojshala Mukti Yagna Samiti said that 'Police are behaving in rude manner with Hindu devotees and hence we will not perform puja until Police go outside Bhojshala complex'. Police are checking each and every Hindu devotee thoroughly before entering Bhojshala and hence Yagna and Havan have not started yet. Police also pushed many Hindu devotees outside barricades and it created chaos for some time.

On the other hand, Police have issue passes to Muslims for namaz. Muslims will reach Police Control Room and then Police will take them to Bhojshala in police vehicles so that they can offer namaz there.

Bhojshala issue : Administration on toes, committed to organise ‘namaz’

February 15, 2013

'Committed' police force present at the Bhojshala

‘Committed’ police force present at the Bhojshala

Indore/Dhar (Madhya Pradesh) : Tension in Madhya Pradesh’s Dhar district is at a all time high with ‘Basant Panchami’ and ‘Friday’s namaz’ has fallen on the same day. The administration has promised court that it would arrange for a ‘namaz’ between 1pm to 3pm, however, it is silent on how it is going to that.

The administration is leaving no stones unturned to maintain peace during the function. All the security arrangements have been made in the premises and outside it. Proper barricading is done to avoid any untoward incident. However, it is not clear whether the namaz would be conducted on terrace like 2006, or the entire premise would be vacated of the Hindu devotees, who would be performing ‘Saraswati Pooja’ there.

Many saints had threatened that they would reach Dhar in protest, if Muslims are allowed to enter the Bhojshala during ‘ Saraswati pooja’. Swami Narendranand Saraswati is expected to reach here to perform the pooja.

Meanwhile, district collector CB Singh has said that the administration would take the potential trouble makers in preventive custody. Three make-shift jails have been made for mass-arrest. IG Anuradha  Shankar has directed the sector magistrates to take action according to need immediately if any incident happens. Sniffing trouble, the residents of nearby areas have gone to safe places.

He also asked government to clear their view on Bhojshala. Murari Bapu were addressing a gathering at Anand Chaupati of Dhar on Sunday. In his aggressive address Bapu said, “Even after 64 years of independence Hindu’s are bounded in country.

Effort to suppress Bhojshala agitation by BJP government still continues

February 14, 2013

Air-ticket of Shankaracharya cancelled without knowledge  !

Contemptible efforts in Kumbh Mela by representatives of BJP Govt. to discourage Saints

Prayagaraj (UP) : Shankaracharya Swami Narendranand Saraswati of Shrikashisumerupith was to reach Indore at 8 a.m. on 14th February to lead the agitation for just cause by Hindus at Dhar, but to prevent Him from arriving at Indore and creating obstacles in law and order situation, BJP Government has cancelled His air-ticket without the knowledge of Shankaracharya. Therefore, Shankaracharya of Shrikashisumerupith got extremely incensed. Even then, Shankaracharya Swami Narendranand Saraswati immediately booked another ticket and left for Dehali on 13th February. He is expected to reach Indore on the morning of 14th  February.

Delegation of M.P. Government taken to task by Shankaracharya !

Saints in Kumbh Mela are incensed with BJP Government in M.P. over the issue of Bhojshala. Therefore, in order to assuage their feelings, a delegation consisting Ministers of BJP Government and some office bearers of RSS in M.P. reached Prayagaraj by a chartered flight. In order that Shankaracharya and other Saints should take soft stand on the Bhojshala issue, this delegation is meeting various saints. They are seen prostrating before various Saints by visiting their pandals. The delegation also met Shankaracharya Swami Narendranand Saraswati of Shrikashisumerupith and tried to convince Him that he would be taken to Dhar by a chartered flight. However, Shankaracharya plainly told them that he will follow His own pre-planned programme.

Bhojshala Issue : Hindus should perform worship there every day ! – Shankaracharya Vasudevanand Saraswati

February 14, 2013

Shankaracharya Vasudevanand Saraswati spelt out to Ministers of M.P. !

Prayagaraj (UP) : The temple of Shri Saraswati Devi in Bhojshala, M.P. was built by Raja Bhoj, and it belongs to Hindus. This is well-known all over. Therefore, the State Government should permit Hindus to perform worship there every day. Similarly, Hindus should be given permission to perform worship for the whole day on Vasant Panchami; Muslims should not be allowed to enter the temple on that day. In such words, Jyotishpithadhishwar Jagatguru Shankaracharya Vasudevanand Saraswati put forth His stand while discussing with the Ministers of M.P. Government.

Ministers of M.P. Government arrived at Prayagaraj by a chartered flight. They personally met Shankaracharya by visiting Kumbh city. At that time, they presented a copy of order from the Union Government to Shankaracharya. The order states, ‘The temple of Saraswati Devi will be opened for the whole day on 14th February for Hindus to perform worship, and on 15th February, the day of Vasant Panchami, it will be open to Muslims to offer Namaz from 1.00 p.m. to 3.30 p.m., and for the rest of the day it will remain open for performing worship by Hindus’.

On reading this decision, Shankaracharya said –

1. When the worship by Hindus will be in progress after 12.00 p.m. on Vasant Panchami, will it be stopped and Hindus be driven out of the temple by beating them with Lathis ? Or, will they be driven out by shooting them ?  This decision will surely cause another riot there like in the year 2006 ! You prevent Muslims from offering Namaz for the whole day in the temple !

2. The temple belongs to Hindus. Muslims have encroached on it. When this fact is well-known all over, why Hindus have to carry out the struggle ? It is beneficial to decide the matter in favour of Hindus. This temple should be made open for Hindus to perform worship for specific timings on every day !

3. Shrikashisumerupith Pithadhishwar Jagatguru Shankaracharya Swami Narendranand Saraswati himself has proceeded there for Vasant Panchami. He should be accorded proper honour and respect. If anything untoward happens, agitation will flare up in the entire country. Felicitate Him on behalf of the government !

4. The idol of Shri Saraswati Devi in the temple is kept in a prison, in Gwalior. It should be promptly taken out and installed.

What will be achieved by suppressing proud Hindu activists ?

Shankaracharya Vasudevanand Saraswati said, “The government has committed a contemptible act to arrest Mr. Navalkishor Sharma, a proud Hindu, who was making efforts for getting the permission for Hindus to perform worship in Bhojshala on Vasant Panchami. Other communities give protection to their respective activists, whereas, your government, being pro-Hidutva put the pro-Hindu activists themselves into the prison. What is this ? This will not enhance mission of Dharma.” The Ministers replied, “We have only taken preventive action. He is kept only in the hospital.” On this, Shankaracharya said, “To keep confined under the watch of police, and not allowing him to contact any one is termed as suppression. What will you achieve by suppressing proud Hindu activists ?”

Will you turn entire nation Bauddha-predominant ?

On this occasion, Ministers apprised Shankaracharya about the welfare activities undertaken by the State Government. They said, “The State Government has taken a decision to establish a Bauddha University there, since, the Bauddha community is proceeding to China. This step is being taken to check this migration.” On this, Shankaracharya Vasudevanand Saraswati said, “Will you now turn the entire nation as Bauddha-predominant ? Instead, name the University after Vikramaditya or Bhartruhari.”

Assurances given by Ministers !

We are taking efforts towards making the temple available to Hindus for performing worship for the whole day.

The State Government will enter into correspondence with an earnest desire, with the Union Government for making the temple available to Hindus for performing worship every day.

We will honour Shankaracharya Swami Narendranand Saraswati.

Hindus will be provided with security in the Saraswati temple. The occurrence of the year 2006 will not be repeated.

The firm stand taken by Shankaracharya reminds of Adi Shankaracharya. If all the Shankaracharyas, Saints, and Sages maintain the ideal of this Shankaracharya and become active by getting united, establishment of Hindu nation will not be very far !

Widespread presence of spies of M.P. Government in Kumbh Mela !

Widespread presence of spies of M.P. Government is observed in Kumbh Mela. They are collecting information on Shankaracharyas, Saints and Sages, who are likely to attend the Bhojshala agitation. Similarly, they are keeping a close watch over the venue of exhibition of pictures jointly organised by Sanatan Sanstha and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti with the objective of establishment of Hindu Nation, in Kumbh Mela. It is learnt that these very spies gathered information about the journey of Mr. Navalkishor Sharma from Kumbh Mela to Mumbai and arrested him on a way.

Hindus, undertake agitations all over Bharat, if Shankaracharya is arrested !

Mr. Navalkishor Sharma, who was agitating for getting the permission for Hindus to perform worship in Bhojshala on Vasant Panchami was arrested and physically assaulted by the BJP Government, and efforts were made to suppress the agitation in this way. However, due to the agitation carried out all over the nation by Hindus on getting united forced the government to backtrack. Still, BJP seems to be adamant. If the government tries to arrest Shankaracharyas, Saints and Sages proceeding towards Dhar, Hindus should undertake agitations all over Bharat !

Bhojshala issue : Massive security around Mata Saraswati temple, Bhojshala complex

    February 14, 2013

Police force deploys to suppress Hindus

Police force deploys to suppress Hindus

Hindus, look at the reporting done by so-called secular media. They always call Bhojshala as 'disputed temple', even though there are ample proofs proving that Bhojshala was and is a temple. Now let's unite to liberate Mata Saraswati Temple, Bhojshala at any cost by using lawful ways !

Indore (Madhya Pradesh) : Massive security cordon has been thrown around the Bhojshala-Kamlamoula mosque as defiant saffron organizations are adamant on not vacating the premises of the controversial religious structure on February 15 for the time allotted by the Archeological Survey of India to Muslims to offer Friday Namaz. The defiance has only aggravated tension even as the Dhar district administration has taken precautionary measures to avert any untoward situation on Basant Panchami.

Maharaja Bhoj Utsav Samiti, the organization spearheading the campaign for exclusive right to the Hindus to offer prayer on February 15, declared on Wednesday that Hindus will continue prayers throughout the day at Bhojshala on February 15. The ASI has allowed Muslims to offer Jumma Namaaz from 1 pm to 3 pm at the adjescent mosque on this day.

The ASI order on Tuesday mentioned that the Hindus can perform religious rituals on February 14 and 15 from sunrise to sunset, except between 12 pm and 3.30 pm on February 15.

Samiti president Ashok Jain and Hindu Jagaran Manch (HJM) district convenor Nirbhay Singh Patel told reporters that the celebrations on February 15 have been scheduled and will not be changed.

Jain alleged that the district administration is creating an environment of fear by flag marches, domination marches and pressuring social volunteers. The administration has erected barricades everywhere in the district ahead of Basant Panchmi, he alleged.

The administration has already made a dozen preventive arrests including that of Nawal Kishor Sharma, the main instigator and former RSS Pracharak. (Shri. Navalkishoreji is not instigator. He is carrying out Bhojshala campaign from last so many years using lawful and democratic ways only. It is BJP Government of Madhya Pradesh which is using wrong tactics to malign him and suppress the voice of Hindus !)

BJP Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya is behind unnecessary arrest of Navalkishore Sharma : Acharya Dharmendraji

    February 13, 2013

Indore (Madhya Pradesh) : Shri. Navalkishore Sharma, the National Convener of ‘Bhojshala Muktiyadnya Samiti (BMS)’ from Dhar was arrested at Indore on 11th February. Police have claimed that they found a gun and one bullet with Mr. Sharma. In this background, Panchkhand Pithadheeshwar Acharya Dharmendraji said, “It is impossible that Mr. Sharma had a gun and a bullet. This is a ploy of BJP Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya. If Shivraj Singh Chauhan, the Chief Minister of MP does not remove Vijayvargiya from the post of minister, he will have to face serious consequences.”

Sharma provoked religious sentiments of people – so-called accusation by Police

Additional Superintendant of Police from Dhar, Mr. Bittu Sehgal said about Mr. Sharma’s arrest that ‘he was arrested along with his 13 activists under the charges of provoking religious sentiments of people.’ (For past many days, Shri. Navalkishore Sharma and his activists have been carrying out a drive, in lawful manner, for Hindus’ rights of performing ‘puja’ in ‘Bhojshala’ and for release of the idol of Sri Saraswati Devi which has been kept in jail; even then police are accusing him of provoking religious sentiments and arresting pro-Hindu activists. Such behavior of BJP Government and police makes it imperative for people to revolt at psychological level ! – Editor SP) After arrest, Mr. Sharma took ill; therefore, he was admitted to a hospital in Indore. (In fact, owing to brutal beating by police, Mr. Sharma has been admitted to hospital. Even then, police are suppressing the truth and lying that he has been admitted due to ill-health. – Editor SP)

Pro-Hindu activists accuse police of arresting Sharma under false charges !

Pro-Hindu activists have accused police of arresting them under false charges. (Anti-Hindu police, who arrest Hindus under false charges, will be stringently punished as per the prevailing laws in Hindu Rashtra ! Names of such police may be informed to ‘Sanatan Prabhat’ ! – Editor SP) Traders called ‘Bandh’ at Dhar due to Sharma’s arrest.

Police force shopkeepers to open their shops !

Shopkeepers had started to close down their shops on learning about Mr. Sharma’s arrest; but police forced them to open their shops again. Police security has been provided even at schools and colleges. ( After arrest of Hindus leaders, traders spontaneously started to close down their shops knowing that Hindus would not take any action against such arrest; but police force them to open shops ! – Editor SP)

CM Chauhan discusses the issue with Advani and Rajnath Singh

Mr. Shivraj singh Chauhan, the Chief Minister of MP met Lalkrushna Advani and BJP’s national President, Rajnath singh Yadav to discuss the matter of Bhojshala. (Devout Hindus have been staging agitations for past so many days; but indifferent BJP’s CM and leaders have woken up now ! – Editor SP)

In the States ruled by BJP, that claims to bring in ‘Ram-rajya’, Hindus have to struggle for celebrating their religious festivals ! – Shri. Manish Manjul, ‘Samartha Sanghatana’

BJP has been brutally oppressing Hindus for its insistence of letting Muslims read ‘namaz’ in Sri Saraswati Devi Mandir (Bhojshala). Hindus are carrying on their agitation in peaceful manner; but BJP Government is trying to crush that agitation. In the State governed by BJP, which talks about bringing in ‘Ram-rajya’, Hindus have to fight for celebrating their religious festivals. On one side, BJP President Rajnath Singh talks positively about Hinduism in ‘Kumbh-Mela’ and on the other hand, BJP government in MP is trying to eliminate Hinduism. BJP starts talking about Hinduism as elections approach; but Hindus now know the real face of BJP. BJP, which is deceiving Hindus, will be given an apt reply by Hindus through ballot box, warned Mr. Manish Manjul of ‘Samartha Sanghatana’ at New Delhi.

Bhojshala issue : Police refuse permission for staging lawful demonstrations at Mumbai and Thane

    February 13, 2013

Permission to hold demonstrations denied at Thane !

Thane (Maharashtra) : Pro-Hindu activists had gone to Naupada police Station seeking permission to hold demonstrations in front of BJP’s office; but senior police inspector J. D. More denied permission for the same and the police constable, Mr. Patangrao who was present there said, “Do these pro-Hindu activists give us application to harass us? Serve them notice under Sec. 149. The footpath opposite BJP’s office comes under our jurisdiction; but not the road.” (Hindu Janajagruti Samiti [HJS] stages demonstrations, in lawful manner, against injustice meted out to Hindus and as a part of such lawful protests, it submits representation to police, in fact, to make it simple for them; but not to harass them. Police should remember this ! The demonstrations were to protest against the police who had brutally beaten up Navalkishore Sharma and did grave injustice to Hindus. If the place was not coming under their jurisdiction, why did they serve notice and why they did not return the application?  – Editor SP)

Police said, “You invite BJP – Shiv Sena leaders for inauguration of programs and protest against them? This is not right ! You give them representation; or take out protest march.” (HJS feels that when BJP has brutally beaten up an activist of RSS fighting for Dharma, there is no question of holding discussions with them. Not only for HJS; but it is an act that will enrage all pro-Hindu patriotic activists ! – Editor SP)

Police refuse permission for staging lawful demonstrations at Dadar !

Anti-Constitution police deny Constitutional right of pro-Hindu activists!

Mumbai : Pro-Hindu activists had planned to hold demonstrations, in lawful manner, opposite BJP’s Mumbai Regional Office at ‘Vasant-Smruti’ at Dadar (West).  Various pro-Hindu organizations had prepared letters on their ‘letterheads’ seeking permission for the demonstrations.  Devout Hindus, Mr. Prasad Mankar and Mohan Shinde met police at Bhoiwada Police Station submitting these letters seeking permission for demonstrations; but Bhoiwada police refused such permission.

Attempts to dissuade pro-Hindu activists from holding demonstrations

After reading the representation, police officer Gaikwad said, “It is not possible to extend permission today; but still if you want permission, meet senior Police Inspector (PI), Vikram Patil who has gone out now.” After waiting for him for about 1-1/2 hours, PI, Patil came back. When he was explained the subject, he too tried to dissuade pro-Hindu activists from staging demonstrations.

PI Patil said, “When you are a pro-Hindu organization, why are you staging demonstrations against another pro-Hindu party?” Mr. Mankar said, “We are not only against Congress. Demonstrations are held against any party or the Government that holds wrong views. It is not a question of only Hinduism.” Despite all explanations, PI Patil did not grant permission to hold demonstrations.

Representation will be given to office bearers at BJP’s Maharashtra Pradesh office

Since all pro-Hindu organizations have been denied permission to hold demonstrations on 12th February, they will be meeting office bearers at BJP’s Maharashtra Pradesh Office on 13th February.

Bhojshala : Nationwide protests by Hindus against BJP for suppressing voice of Hindus

    February 12, 2013

Injustice on RSS activists themselves by BJP hankering for Muslim votes : In order to suppress agitation to liberate Saraswati temple, Past-Sangh Pracharak Navalkishor Sharma was abducted and false criminal cases lodged against him

Agitations in Kolhapur to protest against BJP for suppressing voice of Hindus

Agitations in Kolhapur to protest against BJP for suppressing voice of Hindus

Since the true face of BJP in Madhya Pradesh in appeasing Muslims is being exposed, and as a result of that Shankaracharya and Saints-Sages in Kumbh Mela have threatened to launch an agitation against BJP, the BJP Government in M.P. has taken steps to suppress this agitation by abducting Mr. Navalkishor Shrama, National Coordinator of Shri Saraswati Temple Mukti Yadnya Samiti and past-Sangh Pracharak, assaulting him physically, and lodging false criminal cases against him. Because of this only, any no including media representatives is allowed to meet him, nor the police are stating clearly as to where is he arrested. However, not only this agitation will not be suppressed, but also the agitations will now be launched all over the Bharat by all Hindutvavadi organisations on this issue, and BJP will have to pay for this in next elections.

Hindus have right to perform worship only once a year on the day of Vasant Panchami; however, since the Vasant Panchami falls on Friday this year, Muslims are also insisting on their right to offer Namaz there. When a similar situation had arisen in the year 2006, Industries Minister of BJP in M.P. Mr. Kailash Vijayvargiya made police resort to Lathi-charge on Hindus and transported Muslims in police vehicles to offer Namaz. At least to avoid the repetition of similar instance on 15th February, Mr. Navalkishor Sharma had put up a demand that Muslims should offer Namaz elsewhere on that day and permit Hindus to perform worship for the whole day. But since BJP, which was elected to power in the name of Hindutva started appeasing Muslim votes, hatched a conspiracy to arrest Mr. Navalkishor Sharma and his colleagues, and lodged false criminal cases against them so as to suppress the agitation.

Mr. Navalkishor Sharma is innocent; why RSS is silent on injustice done by BJP ?

Mr. Navalkishor Sharma, who worked as a Sangh-Pracharak for 21 years was travelling to Mumbai to address a press conference (By train No. 12166, PNR no. 2506491514), How could he be shown as arrested in Indore, a station which does not form a stoppage in route to Mumbai ? Similarly, why no one including the media representatives is allowed to meet him ? How BJP who is suppressing a simple agitation being carried out in a democratic way can establish Ram Rajya ? Why RSS is silent when Hindutvavadi activists in M.P. where BJP is in power are being arrested

Record devotees turn up for puja at Bhojshala

    February 13, 2013

Indore (Madhya Pradesh) : Amid tension in Dhar Bhojshala over puja and namaz offerings on Basant Panchami that falls on February 15, Friday, around 17,000 Hindus performed puja on Tuesday. This was the highest turnout of devotees on a single day at Bhojshala, barring that on Basant Panchami celebrations in 2006.

Bhojshala, claimed by Hindus and Muslims as place of worship is presently under the custody of Archaeological Survey of India (ASI). Normally, Hindus are allowed to perform puja on every Tuesday and Basant Panchami while Muslims are allowed to offer namaz on Fridays. However, as Basant Panchami falls on a Friday this year and both the communities not relenting tension is building up.

District administration has deployed a large contingent of policemen to maintain peace and harmony, turning the town into a cantonment. About a dozen Hindu activists were taken into custody on Monday as a preventive measure by the police.

Ashwini Raghvanshi, a local resident, told TOI, "It is for the first time that Hindus have gathered in such a large number on any Tuesday. Normally, not more than 300 people offer prayers on Tuesdays at Bhojshala".

"There has been no untoward incident in the town after the preventive arrest of some top saffron leaders recently," he added.

Dhar collector C B Singh told TOI, "The situation is under control and no further arrests have been made. The government has ordered that the Bhojshala will be open for puja for Hindus for the whole day on Thursday, while it will be open for Hindu devotees on Friday (February 15) from sunrise to 12 noon and then from 3.30 pm to sunset. The Muslims will be allowed to enter Bhojshala on Friday from 12 noon to 3.30 pm to offer namaz.

Ashok Jain, an activist of Hindu Jagran Manch, told TOI over phone that the administration has permitted Hindus to perform puja on February 14, a day ahead of Basant Panchami. "This is unfair, as Basant Panchmi, according to Hindu calendars, fall on Feb 15".

Jain reiterated, "We will perform yagya and puja on Friday from sunrise to sunset and not vacate the place as desired by the district administration".

Bhojshala : Police arrest and brutally beat up Shri. Navalkishore Sharma of Bhojshala Mukti Yagna Samiti

    February 11, 2013

Intimidation by BJP Govt. and Police in MP

Madhya Pradesh : MP police arrested Shri. Navalkishore Sharma, the National Convener of ‘Bhojshala Mukti-yadnya Samiti’ and his activists who have been fighting for Hindus’ right of performing ‘puja’ in ‘Bhojshala’ on the day of ‘Vasant-Panchami’, falling on Friday, 15th February this year. They have also been demanding that Muslims should not be allowed to read ‘namaz’ on that day in ‘Bhojshala’. His elder brother has already been arrested. Police not only arrested Navalkishore Sharma but they even beat him up brutally. (In Hindu Rashtra, stringent action will be taken against such cruel Police who are oppressing innocent Hindus ! – Editor SP) Police have claimed that Shri. Navalkishore Sharma had a gun and a bullet. (Hindu activists have been holding agitations for the past so many days, in lawful manner. Will they carry guns ? Can it not be a ploy hatched by police on the instructions of BJP Govt. to arrest pro-Hindu activists under false charges? Hindus must realize that it is the conspiracy of BJP Govt. to crush their agitation ! – Editor SP)

Navalkishore Sharma injured in police beating has been admitted to hospital !

Navalkishore Sharma has been injured in police beating and has been admitted to a hospital. Hundreds of activists had gathered outside the hospital to meet Mr. Sharma; but police kept tight security and stopped them from meeting.

Instructions for District Coordinators of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti

Hindus’ should get a right to perform ‘puja’ in ‘Bhojshala’ on the day of Vasant-Panchami; for this, protest against BJP Govt. in every district !

For the last few days, Hindus have been trying to gain right, in lawful manner, for performing ‘puja’ on ‘Vasant-Panchami’ in ‘Bhojshala’ instead of Muslims reading ‘namaz’; but BJP Government in Madhya Pradesh has paid no heed. As a result, Saints and pro-Hindu activists have now taken an aggressive stand of staging agitations. BJP Government has imposed curfew in Dhar District to crush this agitation. This stance of BJP Government should be condemned in every district of this country. Non-Hindus immediately unite when their religious sentiments are hurt and raise their voice. Now, even Hindus need to come together and register their protest immediately against injustice meted out to them. Activists of HJS should, therefore, stage agitation in every district, along with pro-Hindu organizations that hold similar views like HJS, to register protest. As far as possible, such protests/agitations should be staged in front of BJP’s offices and the office-bearers of BJP should be taken to task on this issue. The banner, in Hindi, required for this agitation and handbill are made available on the usual web-address and on HJS Website here.

Bhojshala : Political parties should not speak on Bhojshala issue, says BJP

    February 11, 2013

First BJP Government in Madhya Pradesh should clear its stand on the issue of Bhojshala. In 2003, BJP delegation was saying 'From evidences, it is clear that Bhojshala is a Hindu Temple and it should handed over to Hindus.' Now this same BJP is not allowing Hindus to enter in Bhojshala to perform puja of Mata Saraswati even on the day of Vasant Panchami.

Indore (Madhya Pradesh) : Madhya Pradesh BJP president Narendra Singh Tomar on Monday said political parties should refrain from speaking on the issue of Bhojshala as the state government and local administration were working towards a "successful solution" on it.

"Bhojshala is a very sensitive issue and related to law and order situation. This is an issue between the public and the state government," Tomar told reporters here.

"Political parties should refrain from speaking on it, in the interest of the society. Our organisation will not comment on it. I am sure the state government and district administration are trying their best to resolve the impasse, and I am hopeful that they would succeed in maintaining peace (at Bhojshala) on February 15," he said.

Last week, Maharaja Bhoj Utsav Samiti president Ashok Jain had said that they would perform prayers at the complex the whole day on Basant Panchami, on February 15.

Jain said they have already given their programme schedule to the administration in this regard.

The Samiti had also protested the barricading at the complex.

Over 25,000 devotees would participate in the day-long prayers at the site, Jain had told a press conference after police put up a temporary security cover in the area.

Coincidentally, Basant Panchami and the Friday Jumma Namaz this year are falling on the same day–February 15.

Routinely, every Tuesday Hindus offer prayers at Bhojshala while Muslims offer Namaz every Friday.

During the Basant Panchami festival, Hindus are allowed to perform puja at the monument the whole day.

The above arrangement was made following regular disputes between the two communities over the issue of ownership of the monument.

Meanwhile, when asked about the National Investigation Agency's (NIA) action against suspected RSS activists in Malwa region recently, Tomar said any investigating agency, whether of the state or the Centre, if used for political mileage then it was deplorable and against the democratic values of the nation.

Bhojshala : Security tightened at Saraswati Temple complex for Basant Panchami

    February 11, 2013

Bhojshala, Dhar (Madhya Pradesh) : Ahead of the Basant Panchami celebrations on February 15, Dhar district administration has made elaborate security arrangements to prevent any untoward incident at the Bhojshala complex, which is home to a Saraswati temple and Kamal Maula Mosque. (HIndus, please note that Bhojshala complex is only home to Saraswati Temple. Muslim invaders encroached Temple space and built Kamal Moulana Mosque ! To see proofs, click here ! )

The security arrangement has been made in view of the fact that Basant Panchami and the Friday Jumma Namaz are falling on the same date.

"We are on alert as Basant Panchami is falling on Friday. We are discussing with both sides and we received some suggestions in this regard. We hope that the solution will come soon," District Collector CB Singh said.

Adequate police force would be deployed for the Bhojshala function, Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Praveen Mathur said.

Three hundred Special Armed Force (SAF) jawans have already reached here. Six more companies of SAF would come here by February 8. Besides, 25 more companies of Rapid Action Force, CRPF, SAF and tear-gas trained force would reach here by February 10 to be deployed at Bhojshala on that day, Mathur said.

Peace meetings were also being held in the city in view of the festival. Madhya Pradesh Women and Child Development Minister Ranjana Baghel held a meeting with administrative officials on Thursday in this regard.

Both the functions would be held peacefully on that day, Shahar Qazi, Waqar Sadik said.

Maharaja Bhoj Utsav Samiti president Ashok Jain said they would perform prayers at the complex for the whole day on Basant Panchami.

Jain said they had already given their programme schedule to the administration.

Notably, the usual practice here is that every Tuesday Hindus offer prayers at Bhojshala while Muslims offer Namaz every Friday. During Basant Panchami, Hindus are allowed to perform puja at the monument the whole day. The arrangement was made following regular disputes between the two communities over the issue of ownership of the monument.

VHP deviating the issue of offering Namaz in Bhojshala

    February 11, 2013

Prayagaraj (UP) : “If Vishva Hindu Parishad sincerely respects religious sentiments of Hindus, it will present the issue of the temple of Shri Saraswati Devi in Dharma Sansad on its own. This issue was overlooked even in the meeting of Central Guidance Committee of Vishva Hindu Parishad held on a day prior to Dharma Sansad. The BJP Government in M.P. has turned the temple of Shri Saraswati Devi into a military camp.” Such a strong criticism was made by Mahamandaleshwar Swami Yatin Giriji Maharaj against Vishva Hindu Parishad while speaking in the press conference organised in His Ashram, in Kumbh city. He insisted that the topic of Shri Sarswati temple in Bhojshala be brought for discussion in the Dharma Sansad organised by Vishva Hindu Parishad. (Two days have passed since the start of Dharma Sansad, but Vishva Hindu Parishad has not initiated any discussions on the issue of Bhojshala nor expressed any reaction over it. If VHP maintains silence over the issue on coming days, VHP will have to accept the charge by Hindus that the mantle of Hindutva donned by VHP is a deceit ! – Editor SP)

VHP should take cognizance of sentiments of Hindus ! – Pujya (Dr.) Charudatta Pingle

National Guide of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti Pujya (Dr.) Charudatta Pingle said, ““The BJP Government in M.P. is granting permission to Muslims to offer Namaz in the temple of Shri Saraswati Devi in order to appease them. Congress government in the Centre is also making efforts to appease Muslims. This temple is under the jurisdiction of Archaeological Dept. of the Union government. Therefore, even the Congress government can take a decision as to who should be allowed to make use of the temple. However, the Congress government has purposefully maintained a studied silence over the issue. (Hindus, beware that BJP Government in M.P. claiming that the temple is under the jurisdiction of Archaeological Dept. of the Union government gives permission to Muslims to offer Namaz ! – Editor SP)  On this issue, Shrikashisumeru Pithadhishwar Jagatguru Shankaracharya Swami Narendranand Saraswati has warned that Hindus should be given permission to perform worship in the temple of Shri Saraswati Devi, on the day of Vasant Panchami falling on 15th February; otherwise the situation would take a serious turn. The government should take a serious note of this warning and take a decision in the interest of Hindus. Similarly, Vishva Hindu Parishad should also respect the sentiments of Hindus.”
