Pro-Hindus unite against Sambhaji Brigade for making derogatory statements against Bhagavan Parashuram !

Chiplun (Maharashtra) : Bhagavan Parashuram’s picture was printed on the invitation card of 86^th ‘All Inida Marathi Literary Meet’. Later, Sambhaji Brigade made many derogatory statements against Parashuram like ‘Parashuram killed his own mother’, ‘Parashuram killed women’, ‘Parashuram killed many infants in their mothers’ womb’ etc. and forced the organizers to remove picture of Bhagavan Prashuram. Police should file case against Sambhaji Brigade for making such insulting statements. Pro-Hindu activists had submitted a representation to the police on 9^th January 2013 and proofs were submitted to them on 10^th January 2013.

The District Superintendent of Police, Deepak Pandey had promised to investigate the matter and take action within 24 hours; but no action has been taken so far. (Hindus should realize that police, who are not taking any action although their seats of worship are being maligned, are anti-Hindus ! How long are you going to provide for such police who take no action despite furnishing proofs? In Hindu Nation, police will take prompt action on giving representation ! – Editor) Police should immediately file case against Sambhaji Brigade. ‘Parashuram Devsthan also should take moral responsibility and file a case against Sambhaji Brigade within 7 days; else intense agitations would be staged. The above warning has been given by pro-Hindu activists. On 15^th January, a meeting was held at Sri Veereshwar Mandir to decide further course of action which was attended by about 40 devout Hindus giving above warning.

Chiplun (Maharashtra) : During the recently held ‘86^th ‘All India Marathi Literary Meet’ at Chiplun, pro-Hindu activists had put up hoardings with picture of Bhagavan Parashuram at several places. Out of them, the one displayed at the entrance of the venue, sponsored by BJP, taluka-President, Mr. Nitin Lokare was stolen. It was also observed that from another hoarding put up at Bahaddur Shaikh naka, sponsored by Mr. Dhananjay Desai, the President of Hindu Rashtra Sena, its bottom-strip with the name of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) was cut off.

File case against Sambhaji Brigade else resign from the post ! : demand Parashuram devotees

Chiplun (Maharashtra) : Mr. Nishikant Joshi, the President of Sridev Bhargavram Vishwasta Samiti, Sanstha and the chief Guide of all India Marathi Literary Meet and Mr. Prakash Deshpande, the Chief Executive of Organizing Committee and a member of Parashuram Devsthan Vishwasta Samiti should first file a case against Sambhaji Brigade; else both of them should resign from their post. The above demand has been made by devotees of Bhagavan Parashuram.

In a meeting held at Sri Vireshwar Mandir to discuss the matter of Bhagavan Parashuram’s insult, Parashuram-devotees made the above demand. Mr. Nishikant Joshi is the President of Parashuram Devsthan and Mr. Prakash Deshpande is a trustee. Even then, they did not express their protest against the despicable statements made by Sambhaji Brigade against Bhagavan Parashuram, stooping to very low level. It is felt by people of Konkan and it has been shown by media all over the world that both of them completely bowed before Sambhaji Brigade’s threats. This has enraged all natives and devotees of Parashuram from the land of Parashuram. Both of them should, therefore, realize their responsibility as trustees of Parashuram Devsthan and file a case against Sambhaji Brigade; else they have no moral right to be on the Devsthan Committee.

Chipalun (Maharashtra) : How Hindus, on uniting and awakening the Hindu-Tej among them can counter even the strongest opposition became evident on the occasion of 86^th All India Marathi Literary Meet ! When the Literary Meet was being held in the land of Bhagawan Parashuram, printing of His picture on the invitation cards of the Meet was disliked by the leaders of Sambhaji Brigade. Therefore, they have demanded that the picture be removed. Bowing to this demand, the organisers of the Meet removed the picture from the invitation cards and the dais and thus struck a blow to esteem of Hindus.

In order to repulse this attack, proud Hindus got united and installed the picture of Bhagawan Parashuram on the dais of the Meet without bothering about any opposition. In this way, the proud Hindus, by uniting, struck a blow to those refusing the existence of Bhagawan Parashuram in the land of Bhagawan Parashuram.

Traitors to Dharma organisers placing smaller picture of Bhagawan Parashuram instead of a larger one !

When the organising committee agreed to place a picture of Bhagawan Parashuram on the dais, they placed a small picture of Bhagawan Parashuram on a chair adjacent to the picture of Goddess Saraswati Devi. This small picture on the large dais was not even visible to the spectators present in the Meet.

Outburst of Hindus due to cowardice shown by Prakash Deshpande, Working President !

Hindus got incensed due to Mr. Prakash Deshpande falling victim to the pressure tactics adopted by Sambhaji Brigade. To oppose this, proud Hindus had arranged a protest meeting on 11^th January at the temple of Shri Vireshwar. Many proud Hindus in the town gathered for the meeting. Some proud Hindus invited the office bearers of the organising committee of the Meet to the place of protest meeting to present their role about the removal of the picture of Bhagawan Parashuram on the dais and the invitation cards. Later on, Mr. Prakash Deshpande and Police Inspector Mr. Uttam Jagadale reached the meeting. Proud Hindus took Mr. Deshpande to the task and asked his explanation. Proud Hindus warned that if the worship of Bhagawan Parashuram is not performed before the inauguration of the Literary Meet, they will oppose the Meet. Therefore, the organisers had to accede to the demand of proud Hindus. Finally, the picture of Bhagawan Parashuram was installed on the dais. On this occasion, Mr. Raghunath Joshi, a proud Hindu said,

1. Chipalun is a land of Bhagawan Parashuram. Why did Mr. Deshpande not hold detailed discussions with us after he received a threat from Sambhaji Brigade for removing the picture of Bhagawan Parashuram? We would have assisted him. When we tried to contact him on mobile phone, he was avoiding talking. The upsurge by Hindus was caused due to removal of the picture of Bhagawan Parashuram from invitation cards by getting scared due to the threat of Sambhaji Brigade and reprinting the invitation cards afresh.

2. There is a tradition in Chipalun that any programme begins only after worshipping Bhagawan Parashuram. Nobody has broken this tradition so far. In this situation, what right Sambhaji Brigade has got to break this tradition ? The president of the Meet Mrs. Usha Tambe, Chairman of the reception committee and Minister for water resources Mr. Sunil Tatkare must worship the picture of Bhagawan Parashuram by installing it.

3. Resident of town of Bhagawan Parashuram and a Ranaragini Mrs. Manjiri Joshi said, “If the picture of Bhagawan Parashuram is not displayed at the Meet, the Meet will not serve any purpose. We will not tolerate an insult to Bhagawan Parashuram.”

The organisation committee has displayed cowardice in removing the picture of Bhagawan Parashuram, who is Deity of worship for land of Konkan, after a threat by Sambhaji Brigade. Why the people who start their organisation after the name of Sambhaji Maharaj, a son of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj display aversion to Deity of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj ?

Bhagawan Parashuram, who carried a Parashu (A weapon like a hatchet) against arrogant, tyrannical powers, was an object of faith for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. By invading Konkan and on scoring victory over Suyarao and Jasavantarao, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj annexed Dabhol, Rajapur, and Shrungarpur to his empire. Kavindra Paramanand, an author of “Shiv Bharat’ writes about this incident, “Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj sought wholehearted darshan (Sight) of the world-renowned, immortal, merciful Bhargavaram (Bhagawan Parashuram). He worshipped Bhagawan Parashuram with full devotion and distributed alms. Similarly, he made a yearly provision of 75 Hons (Currency in the era of Shivaji) for regular worship, lighting, and Naivedya.”

The Son of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Rajaram Maharaj made an award of some farm land for the management of the temple of Bhagawan Parashuram. On that occasion, Siddisat of Janjira invaded the temple of Bhagawan Parashuram and demolished it. For this criminal act on the part of Siddi, Senior Shahu Maharaj, son of Sambhaji Maharaj ordered Marathi army to attack Siddi. After gaining victory over Siddi, Marathas restored the temple of Bhagawan Parashuram.

Organising Committee displayed cowardice : But proud Hindus performed salutations to Bhagawan Parashuram by putting up hoardings !

Chipalun (Maharashtra) : Konkan is a land of Bhagawan Parashuram and Chipalun is a place of Bhagawan Parashuram. Therefore, the organisers have printed a picture of Bhagawan Parashuram on the visiting cards of All India Marathi Literary Meet. However, due to the scare created in the minds of organisation committee by the threat issued by Sambhaji Brigade, the committee has displayed cowardice and has removed the pictures of Bhagawan Parashuram and Parashu from the invitation cards and got fresh invitation cards printed sans above pictures. All proud Hindus are expressing their anger for this display of cowardice. Even though, the organisation committee has shown the cowardice, various proud Hindu organisations prepared a large hoarding displaying the picture of Bhagawan Parashuram over night. These hoarding were put up on the entrance gate of the Meet and in every square of the city, and thus the proud Hindus have performed salutations to Bhagawan Parashuram. Mumbai – A picture of Bhagavan Parashuram, who is worshipped by all Hindus, was printed on the invitation cards made for the ‘86^th Marathi Literary Meet’. This picture has been finally removed. (Litterateurs, who are removing picture of Bhagavan Parashuram out of their hatred towards Bhagavan Parashuram, are stooping to very low level and being communal. Chiplun – The 86^th All India Marathi Literary Meet will begin on 11^thJanuary. Its inauguration program will be held between 4.00 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. in the first hall. Agricultural Minister Sharad Pawar will be inaugurating this ‘Literary Meet’. Issue of threat to foil ‘All India Marathi Literary Meet (Meet)’

Kolhapur (Maharashtra) : All India Literary Meet will be held at Chiplun under any circumstances. Any Vidrohi or Sambhaji Brigade has no right to criticize Parashuram who is an incarnation of Bhagavan Vishnu. Such criticism will not be tolerated. If these organizations are talking about foiling this ‘Meet’ by taking law in their hand, they will be given an apt reply for protection of the ‘Meet’. The above warning was given by office bearers of pro-Hindu organizations in a press conference held on 8^th January 2013.

2) Mr. Sambhaji Salunkhe, the District-President of Bajarang Dal said, “We will go to Chiplun for providing security to the Literary Meet in case of need. We are not scared of Sambhaji Brigade’s threat. When it was decided to change the name of Aurangabad to Sambhajinagar, Sambhaji Brigade did not extend support, therefore, it is not ‘Sambhaji Brigade’ but it is ‘Aurangzeb Brigade’.

3) Mr. Mahesh Ursal, the city-chief of Bajarang Dal said, “Sambhaji Brigade has been created by Sharad Pawar. Those, who didn’t believe in Parashuram, are free to follow the path shown by their Sect. Don’t talk about thwarting the program.”

4) Mr. Dilip Bhiwate, Regional Vice President of Hindu Ekata Andolan said, “Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj had performed ‘puja’ of Parashuram as an ideal. Members of Sambhaji Brigade should study history. Representation will be submitted to the District Collector for taking action against Sambhaji Brigade.”

5) Mr. Shivanand Swami of HJS said, “Sambhaji Brigade does not say anything against MIM -MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi. They are purposely spreading hatred towards Brahmins.”

Protest against Comrade Dhanaji Gurav for opposing picture of Parashuram displayed in All India Marathi Literary meet

Chiplun (Maharashtra) : Bhagavan Shri Parashuram is not a Deity worshipped by any particular caste. He is worshipped by all Hindus. Bhagavan Parashuram is not revered only by residents of Konkan but is worshipped all over India. All are living happily at Shri Parashuram-kshetra. Persons like Dhanaji Gurav have exhibited meanness by making insulting statements against Bhagavan Parashuram. Gurav should not try to hurt sentiments of the people of Konkan. If our religious sentiments are hurt, an apt rely will be given, was the warning given by devout Hindus from Shri-kshetra Parashuram.

On 4^thJanuary, Hindus united spontaneously against the statement made by Dhanaji Gurav insulting Bhagavan Sri Parashuram and they condemned Mr. Gurav for his anti-Hindu statement. (Congratulations to devout Hindus for uniting and protesting ! – Editor Sanatan Prabhat)
