Agitations at Azad Maidan against ban on patriotic website www.hindujagruti.org

24th August, 2012

....then why no ban is imposed on Anti-National websites of Raza Academy, Jamat-e-Islami Hind, etc.? : Asks Hindu Organisations to Congress Government.

Mumbai : It is an attack on the freedom of thought and freedom of media that without giving any reason, ban has been imposed on the website www.hindujagruti.org of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) engaged in awakening patriotism amongst people. How then the antinational websites like Raza Academy, the mastermind of Mumbai riots, Anti-National ‘Jamat-e-Islami Hind’ that spreads Jihadi terrorism, ‘Tehrik-e- Hurriyat Jammu Kashmir’, ‘Shariat for Hind’s twitter and You-Tube account, ‘2circle.net’, etc. are being operated without any problem? The above question has been asked by HJS and other Pro-Hindu organisations to the Central Government through the medium of agitations staged at Azad Maidan. A warning was also given that if the ban on Pro-Hindu organisations was not lifted immediately, agitations would be staged all over the country by Pro-Hindu organisations.

Mr. Ramesh Shinde, the national spokesperson of HJS, Mr. Shivaji Vatkar, its coordinator, Mr. Durgesh Parulkar of Hindu Mahasabha, Mr. P. P. M. Nair of ‘Keraliya Kshetraparipalan Samiti’, members of Sree Sampradaya, Jain organisations, Sanatan Sanstha etc. participated in large number in this agitation. Slogans were raised against the Central Government for extending freedom to anti-nationals and punishment to patriots. Boards protesting against the Government were also displayed by the participants. A signature drive was undertaken for submitting representation to the Central and State Govt. of Maharashtra for lifting the ban.

HJS website imparts scientific information on Hindu culture, spirituality, great national heroes, Saints, Deities, festivals, religious observances etc. and various rites and rituals thus giving ‘Dharma-shikshan’ to people all over the world; besides awakening patriotism amongst the citizens. Information about attacks on Nation and Dharma is also published on the website along with relevant proofs. There are 1, 80,000 viewers of this popular website from 170 countries and many foreign nationals follow practices prescribed by Hindu Dharma; even then, without giving any notice and not giving a chance to present its case, the Central Government has directly banned the website and throttled freedom of the media. It was clarified by HJS that protests would be registered and pro-Hindu organisations would continue their agitation and fight till the ban was lifted.

Raza Academy's website is functional and nationalist HJS' website is blocked ? : Mr. Ramesh Shinde

Why no ban on anti-national websites of Raza Academy, Jamat-E-Islami Hindu etc. ? – HJS questions Congress

Mumbai :
A Dharna agitation will be held on 24th August 2012 between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. in Azad Maidan, Mumbai, to oppose the ban on Hindu Janajagruti Samiti’s (HJS’) website by the Congress Government. The website of HJS is a nationalist website. Through this medium, HJS is awakening the Hindus throughout the world and thus in a way assisting the Government. In spite of this being so, the Hindu-hater Congress Government has imposed a ban on HJS’ website. This is an attack on a nationalist and patriotic website which is treading a democratic path.

If the website of HJS is blocked, why have the websites of organisations which spit venom against the Hindus and the Congress such as Raza Academy, Jamat-E-Islami Hind, Tehriq-E-Hurriyat Jammu-Kashmir, twocircle.net etc. not been banned and why are they allowed to continue ? Mr. Ramesh Shinde, national spokesperson of the HJS has posed this question to the Congress. He warned that the ban on HJS website be lifted immediately, failing which HJS will be compelled to take stringent actions such as giving representations in a democratic manner against the Government’s Mughal-like rule, launching nation-wide agitations, raising voice in the Parliament through Members of Parliament and if necessary, taking the Government to task through courts.

He was speaking in a press conference organised by HJS in Mumbai Marathi Patrakar Sangh, Mumbai.

HJS condemns ‘Tughalaqi’ conspiracy of Congress and is planning to stage agitations !

August 22, 2012

Mumbai : The Indian Home Minister said that Pakistan was responsible for creating disturbance at various places like Mumbai, Lucknow and Kashmir by way of riots under the pretext of riots caused by Bangla Deshi infiltrators in Assam; spreading false propaganda and sending sms causing unrest in the country. Proofs of the same are being handed over to Pakistan. After the riots, unrest is being caused by sending threatening sms to Assamese, beating them up etc. due to which they have started returning to their homeland. Now, instead of taking strict remedial measures, imposing ban on fanatic Muslim organizations which sent such sms, maulanas who incited people with their provoking speeches and their websites, the Congress Government at the Centre, taking revenge, has suddenly imposed ban on the website of patriotic organization like Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) engaged in imparting ‘Dharma-shikshan’ and awakening patriotism amongst Hindus. Ban has been imposed on the website of HJS viz. www.hindujagruti.org without giving prior notice. In a press conference held here, Mr. Ramesh Shinde, the national spokesperson of HJS strongly condemned such ‘Tughalaqi’ conspiracy of ‘punishing an innocent and letting lose the culprit’ of the Congress.

Demand to impose ban on Raza Academy is being made at all levels; but Congress kept mum on the subject and delayed taking action against the culprits to help them to run away; but by imposing ban on the website of Hindus, Congress has exhibited its hatred towards Hindus. It is not only an attack on Hindus but also encroachment on the freedom conferred by the Indian Constitution on expression of thoughts and to follow any religion. The dictatorial governance of Congress, in which only Hindus abide by oppressive  laws and Muslims get all benefits, makes any patriotic citizen think whether he is living in Hindustan or in Pakistan. The Government does not impart education to Hindus on their Dharma; therefore, on HJS website, scientific information on different festivals, religious festivals, rites and rituals etc. is given. Similarly, various drives are undertaken by HJS for prevention of abuse of National Flag, prevention of distortion of map, prevention of denigration of Deities, our great national heroes and Saints, explaining glorious history of India etc. for benefit of society, nation and Dharma giving information on its website. More than 1, 80,000 people from about 170 countries all over the world visit this website. People from other countries are also getting drawn towards Hindu culture and Dharma and living happily leading self-restrained life.

On the website of HJS and its ‘Facebook’ page, true information about Assam and Mumbai riots was published based on news published in different newspapers. Proofs were presented on the website so as to assist Police and Government on how rioting Muslims were indulging in false propaganda and creating unrest in the country; even then, it is possible that the Congress Government could have imposed ban on the website for the politics of votes. It is clear that the website of HJS has been closed for criticizing corruption and double standards used by the Govt. under the name of secularism; but the Congress Govt. should remember that the ban imposed on HJS website is not a blot on its name; rather it is creditable for HJS for undertaking patriotic activities which force the corrupt Government to take cognizance. Registering protest against this ban, HJS is planning to stage agitations.

As a result they could not visit the website. If the readers have  experienced this, please let us know the name of the city, State, date etc. Samiti is consulting legal experts on this issue.

Samiti's page on the social networking website Facebook also blocked !

After this decision, from the night of 19.8.2012 Samiti's page ‘http://www.facebook.com/Hindujagruti’ on social networking website Facebook has also been blocked.  Presently this page is not accessible all over Bharat; however, it is accessible abroad.

On the website of HJS as well as the page on Facebook, articles that depicted the truth underlying the riots in Assam and Mumbai were placed. There was no provocative matter in these articles.
