Mahad (Maharashtra) : An exhibition on the life history of revolutionaries was held jointly by Sanatan Sanstha and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) at Mahad Municipal School No.1. The exhibition was held on 7th August, Tuesday between 10.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m.

The exhibition was inaugurated by Mr. Suresh Pawar, a staunch devout Hindu and the President of ‘Kokan Kada Mitra Mandal’ by lighting a lamp. Mr. Pawar said, “Forts are the proof of history; they should be preserved. The future generation must study the history of revolutionaries and what did they exactly do. The present generation should have knowledge about activities undertaken by revolutionaries; but this generation is misled by distorting history. We must nurture legacy of sacrifices made by the great revolutionaries who helped India to get freedom.”

Mr. Kokane, journalist said, “In foreign countries, history is preserved through the medium of computer.”
