The Police have prepared a 30-minute VCD from on the footage available about the morcha in Azad maidan and the riot that took place thereafter. From the VCD, 40 rioters have been identified which are mostly from the areas of Kurla, Mumbra, Bandra Bharatnagar and Gowandi in Mumbai. However, the Police feel that if they are arrested, the atmosphere will further get deteriorated.

Mumbai Riots : Anti-national rioters commit heinous atrocities on women constables
-
O Hindus ! Establish the Hindu Nation instead of democracy in which even Police are insecure !

All women constables set to tender resignation !
|
It is learnt that as the Government has not taken concrete action against the anti-national rioters concerned, all the women constables are set to tender resignations. This news was published by daily ‘Vartahar’.
1. Attempts were made to make several women constables nude by removing their saris, tearing their clothes and inflicting physical injuries. The actions of anti-national rioters were so pervert that they cannot be published. The women Police were thrashed severely. Two of them are reported to be serious. Veins in the breasts of a woman constable were broken. When the journalists were narrated this incident by the women constables they were shocked.
2. The women constables said that when the atrocities were being committed on them, the senior officers were telling them to observe restrain. The restrain by the Police was praised by the Police Commissioner. What sort of a law and order is this ? It is better to resign from the job.

Police refuse permission to HJS for holding demonstrations in democratic manner against Mumbai riots !
August 19, 2012-
Hindus must note that Mumbai Police, who grant permission to rioting and controversial fanatics to hold demonstrations at places of prime importance, do injustice to pro-Hindu organizations staging lawful agitations !
-
Hindus should now think whether to protect such Police from rioting fanatics !
1. HJS activists went to Azad Maidan Police Station on 12th August 2012 seeking permission. They were made to wait for the whole day. Finally, Police did not even accept their application and refused to grant permission. Similar incident took place even at Dadar Police Station.
2. When permission was sought to hold demonstrations at Panvel, HJS was told that demonstrations could not be held till 20th August (till Ramzan Id).
3. At Mulund (E), application was submitted to Navghar Police Station for holding demonstrations when Police advised to modify the application and seek permission for ‘creating awareness’; after which the application was accepted. HJS activists were however, made to run from one police officer to another and police delayed permission for 4 days; finally, giving the excuse of ‘Parsee New Year’ and ‘Ramzan Id’, permission was refused so as to maintain law and order.
4. Mr. Ramesh Ghatkar, an activist of HJS made an application for holding demonstrations on 16th August 2012 between 5.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. with Bhandup (W) Police Station; but written permission was not given although he went to the police station 3-4 times. Police gave only acknowledgement of the letter and advised that the same might be taken as permission. HJS activists , however, insisted on written permission when conditions like ‘demonstrations may be held for half an hour instead of 2 hours, no speeches to be made or slogans to be raised, boards displayed during demonstrations would not have reference of any religion and names and addresses of all demonstrators should be submitted to the police’ were stipulated.

Issue of Mumbai Riots : HJS demands Ban on ‘Raza Academy’ which is responsible for riots !

HJS submits representation to District Collector
HJS members while submitting memorandum to district collector |
Jalgaon (Maharashtra) : In the riots spread in Assam, Bangla Deshi infiltrators oppressed local Bodo Hindus. Even then, Raza Academy, a fanatic Muslim organisation, made up that injustice was being done to fanatics in Assam and resorted to pre-planned riots on 11th August. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has submitted a representation to the District Collector (DC) demanding imposition of ban on Raza Academy. In the absence of DC , deputy DC accepted the representation.

Mumbai Riots : New Delhi pressurizes News Channels against showing misdeeds of rioting fanatics !
A person associated with a news channel said that ‘most of the incidents showing violence of fanatics have been recorded by us; but our New Delhi office refused to telecast them claiming that if the recording was telecast, it will result in riots spreading all over the country. There are instructions for showing no controversial or provocative recordings. Such message was sent to all news channels; therefore, our reporters and photographers could not show the recording even though they wanted to show and despite getting beaten up. We have no choice. Some of them have, however, posted the recordings on their social websites.’
It was also learnt that a senior Central minister had sent the messages to the main offices of news channels in Delhi. Some of the channels have been warned of cancelling their licence. It shows that the present rulers have taken away freedom of the fourth pillar of democracy.

Mumbai Riots : Senior Police officers ordered release of arrested riot-mongering fanatics !
August 16, 2012O Hindus ! Police invade your houses and thrash you, your wife and children during Muslim riots and sets fanatics free to run another riot !
Mumbai : A news report appeared in Marathi daily ‘Loksatta’ on 13th August 2012 raising a doubt whether the recent violence by anti-national fanatics in Mumbai had a tacit support of senior police officers. The report further says the investigation of the riot was going on. According to the investigation, during the riot when the policemen caught the riot-mongering fanatics, the senior police officers gave orders to release them. The report further gave the following information.
1. It is surprising that in spite of there being a strong police force of a joint police commissioner, an additional police commissioner and four deputy commissioners as also the Riot Control Squad and Rapid Action Force at the site of riot, there was no attempt on the part of the police to stop the violence.
2. The crowd attacked the policemen on duty with pre-planning; however, no one rushed to their rescue.
3. A policeman present at the site of riot said, “I fail to understand why we were taken to task by senior police officers when we caught the rioter fanatics. A deputy commissioner caught a rioter red-handed. But the senior officers ordered his release.” What is significant is the fact that this time no water cannons were used on the rioters.

Mumbai Riots : Instructions to arrest rioting anti-national fanatics after Id ?
August 15, 2012
Hindus must realize that such rulers bowing before anti-national fanatics are only in India !
Mumbai : After the riots following march organized by anti-national fanatics in support of Bangladeshi infiltrators at Aazd Maidan, people are very angry; but it is understood that Hindu-hating Congress rulers and Police Commissioner, who paid no heed to the warning given by the Intelligence Bureau about riots, and are thus responsible for death of 2 persons and injuries to more than 50 persons, were trying to show undue restraint.
Considering the month of ‘Ramzan’ and forthcoming Independence Day, arrests of anti-national fanatics could aggravate the matter; therefore, it is reliably learnt that Police are instructed to have restraint for few days. News to the above effect has been published on the website of ‘Maharashtra Times’. It is, therefore, likely that the anti-national fanatics could be arrested after Id.
It has been further stated in this news that ‘Police have been instructed to collect evidence against fanatics in the mean time.’ Although 23 persons have been arrested so far in this connection, many fanatics rioters are still at large. Police machinery is preparing for taking action against them. Every police station has general information about those participating in the march. News channels and few private organizations have recorded ‘footage’ of the march and following riots; therefore, it is not difficult for Police to find the culprits; but they have been instructed to exercise restraint for the timebeing.

Mumbai Riots : 2 Congress ministers help Raza Academy’s violent march, accuses Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut
August 15, 2012
New Delhi : Are these infiltrators from Mynamar and Bangla Desh related to Indian fanatics? Why are they so concerned about them? ‘Amar-Jawan Memrial’ was damaged. Raza Academy, that had organized march of thousands of rioting fanatics, is fanatic. This organisation had burnt live 2 policemen in Bhiwandi. The same organisation had taken out a march and resorted to violence against Salman Rushdie, killing 10 persons. This very organisation had held a march which had turned violent killing 15 persons, against mockery of Prophet Mohammad occurred in Denmark. This Raza Academy is an agent of Pakistan. Why was permission granted to them? This organisation wants to separate Mumbai from the State. Two Congress ministers had supported this organisation for holding violent march. The above accusation was made by Mr. Sanjay Raut, Shiv Sena MP in the Upper House of Parliament while speaking on Mumbai riots.
Shiv Sena MP Mr. Sanjay Raut
Shiv Sena MP, Mr. Anant Geete said, “Violent fanatics burnt vehicles of Police and media, damaged BEST buses. Such Raza Academy that resorted to riots, wants to spread violence all over the country; therefore, the Central Government needs to take prompt action in this matter.”
Hindus should not forget Sanjay Nirupam in the forthcoming elections !
Anti-national Congress MP Sanjay Nirupam supports Raza Academy !
Congress MP, Mr. Sanjay Nirupam said, “Only 1500 fanatics had gathered at Azad Maidan and meeting was going on peacefully. Congress ministers were also there on the stage. When the demonstrators were returning, riots started all of a sudden; therefore, it was a part of conspiracy, this is what Raza Academy has stated.”

Mumbai Riots : Book fanatics and their organisations under MCOCA for violence ! – Demand Hindu orgs
Shravan Krushna 11, Kaliyug Varsha 5114
|
Mumbai : The Raza Academy is embroiled in several crimes including a violent agitation against Denmark in Mumbai, burning two policemen alive in Bhiwandi and bringing along daggers, lathis, hammers, stones, cans of kerosene and other deadly weapons at the protest agitation in Azad maidan in Mumbai on the fateful Saturday and perpetrating a pre-planned violence. It set on fire the vehicles of Police and media consciously and thus destroyed property of crores of rupees.
In a press conference organised by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti at Mumbai Marathi Patrakar Sangh, Mumbai, various pro-Hindu organisations demanded that all the fanatic fanatics responsible for the gory violence and the organisers of the agitation should be booked and offences registered under Maharashtra Organised Crimes Control Act (MCOCA) by Maharashtra Government. The organisations strongly protested the beating of the journalists and the Police.
Mosques engaged in instigating violence must be closed down and locked ! – Advocate Sanjiv Punalekar
fanatics involved in the violence in Mumbai on Saturday were provoked by Maulavis by giving offensive speeches in the mosques in Kurla, Mumbra, Bhiwandi and Bhendi Bazar in Mumbai to resort to anti-national activities. Several mosques in these areas were misused for pasting posters about the violence in Myanmar and Assam, and for instigating violence. Mr. Sanjiv Punalekar, a senior advocate of Mumbai High Court and national secretary of Rashtriya Vidhidnya Parishad demanded that 600 to 700 mosques notorious for such activities must be closed down and locked under ‘Religious Institution (Prevention) of Misuse Act, 1988’ and the Maulavis guilty of making provocative speeches should be arrested immediately.Advocate Punalekar further said :
Police Officer, Mr. Krushna Prakash, former Police Officer, Samsher Pathan should be arrested1. Police Officer Krushna Prakash held secret discussions with fanatics, after which fanatics gathered there on Saturday, became violent. Rioting fanatics had climbed the vehicle of same Krushna Prakash during riots at Miraj and had hoisted Pakistan’s flag but no action was taken against such fanatics. Riots have been held because of this Police Officer on number of occasions; therefore, Krushna Prakash should be arrested.
2. Former Police Officer Samsher Pathan made special efforts for obtaining permission for the march. Pathan had helped hundreds of Bangladeshi fanatics to settle in Mahim area while he was in service. Now, hundreds of fanatic fanatics took part in the violence under his guidance on Saturday. Such Samsher Pathan should be arrested.
Henceforth, none of the organisations should be granted permission to hold agitation against Israel, USA and Palestine. Machine guns like ‘AKF-47’ should be used to take action against fanatics resorting to violence in future. Independent machinery should conduct inquiry into communal riots which took place on Saturday.
3. Yesterday, 23 anti-national rioters were presented in Court when Police offered meals to their relatives out of their own pockets. The same Police ruthlessly torture Hindus.
Phiroz Mithiborwala should talk about Bangladeshi infiltrators !
Advocate Punalekar said, “So-called social worker Mr. Phiroz Mithiborwala has been making confusing statements after violence by fanatic fanatics on Saturday. He is trying to show that fanatics and Dalits are same even after riots. fanatics burnt alive two Dalit policemen in Bhiwandi; why is he not talking about that? It is a ploy of Mithiborwala and he should first talk about anti-national infiltrators !”Why are Police, who bully Hindus, bowing before fanatic fanatics ? – Mr. Shivaji Vatkar, HJS
Despite knowledge of participation of 50,000 fanatics in the march organised by ‘Raza Academy’, why did Police grant permission for such march? Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) always has totally different experience with the Police. When HJS seeks permission for holding peaceful demnstartions against denigration of Dharma, the same Police purposely refuse permission to them. Whenever HJS held demonstrations at Azad Maidan, Police looked at the women participants with doubt and checked their belongings; thus harassing them. Why are the Police, who bully simple innocent Hindus, bowing before fanatic fanatics? Raza Academy is an anti-national organisation as it supports Bangladeshi infiltrators and should be banned immediately.fanatics resort to riots for killing ‘kafir’ Hindus ! – Mr. Abhay Vartak, Sanatan Sanstha
Connsidering the manner in which fanatics hatched plot of riots, it shows that the coming period is going to be very severe and Saturday’s riots was its glimpse. In riots at Jalgaon and Digras, fanatics had brutally tortured Hindus. Rioting fanatics kill Hindus as they are treated as ‘kafirs’ and it was experienced during Saturday’s violence. Fanatic fanatics had burnt alive two policemen in Bhiwandi. In this crime, the President of ‘Raza Academy’ for Bhiwandi is the accused. In the State governed by democratic rule, out of the 4 pillars that support the credence of democracy, two pillars viz. Police and Media were attacked by more than 50,000 fanatic fanatics and were brutally beaten. Only few have been arrested by the Police which is in a way, giving protection to fanatic fanatics. Still, the rulers, who claim that Mumbai is peaceful, should realize that it is deathly silence.
…. Then we will take out swords ! – Mr. Vikas Bandal, President, Maharudra Bajiprabhu Deshpande Pratishthan
If the Government is not able to control fanatic fanatics, it should leave. In 16th century, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharj had realized the possible danger through sea; but the present Government is neglecting the same thing. If the Government is incompetent to teach a lesson to rioting fanatics, we, the descendants of Bajiprabhu are ready to take out our swords, warned Mr. Vikas Bandal, the President of Maharudra Bajiprabhu Deshpande Pratishthan.HJS submits representations to Governor, CM and Home Minister
Raza Academy and other organizations involved in Saturday’s violence should be booked under MOCCA and action should be taken against them. Police Officers who allowed such violence should also be punished. The loss suffered in arson should be made good by the concerned. The above demands have been made by HJS through a representation submitted to the State Governor, Chief Minister and Home Minister.Dignitaries attending press conference
In the press conference, Mr. Shivaji Vatkar, the District Coordinator of HJS for Mumbai, Thane and Raigad, Mr. Abhay Vartak, the spokesperson of Sanatan Sanstha, advocate Sanjiv Punalekar, the Secretary of ‘National Hindu Legal Practitioners Conference’, Mr. Dilip Ghag of Sree Sampradaya, Mr. Motilal Jain representing Jain community, Mr. Durgesh Parulkar of Hindu Mahasabha, Veer-ratna Baji Bandal, President of Maharudra Bajiprabhu Deshpande Pratishthan, Mr. Kondwilkar shared the stage.Media Coverage to Press Conference

Mumbai Riots : Have you seen the rioters who desecrated the Amar Jawan memorial ?
August 14, 2012
Mumbai : The men you see in these photographs struck at the heart of the nation’s pride during the riots on Saturday, when they vandalised the iconic Amar Jawan Jyoti memorial near CST. Mumbai police, having drawn flak for its massive failure to contain the riots on Saturday, is now going on an overdrive to nab the miscreants.
|
According to reports, the entire force and its network is hot on the heels of these unidentified protestors, who kicked at the memorial, smashed it with a lathi, and then damaged the rifle and helmet inside the fibre glass casing.
A protester breaks the glass case that encloses the Amar Jawan memorial at CST |
The memorial, which was unveiled in 2009, was erected in memory of two sepoys — Sayyed Hussein and Mangal Cadiya — who were martyred during the Sepoy Mutiny of 1857.
These disturbing images were captured on Saturday by MiD DAY’s senior photographer Atul Kamble. Incidentally, Kamble became a victim of police violence while doing his job, even as the vandals went scot-free after sullying the iconic symbol of national pride.
Paradoxically, these photographs shot by Kamble have now become invaluable tools in the hands of the cops as they hunt for the vandals.
Crime Branch officials are now relying heavily on these shots, which are the only existing leads that can help trace these men. They will also act as evidence if and when the protestors are arrested.
Mumbai Crime Branch and local police are racing against each other to nab these hoodlums, knowing whoever makes these crucial arrests will reap rich professional rewards.
“Of all the miscreants, these men are the most wanted. They have hurt the sentiments of the entire nation. They must be arrested on priority,” said a senior Crime Branch official, on condition of anonymity.
An officer from Azad Maidan police station said, “In such a scenario, it is better if these men surrender before the police reach them. By giving themselves up, they would be able to avoid the wrath of the police as well as the public.”
“These photographs have been circulated among our informers. We are in constant touch with them for leads. Every policeman is on the lookout for them at present. If we manage to arrest them before Independence Day, it will be our tribute to the freedom fighters,” he added.
The photographs caused a furore in social media networks. Readers across the nation condemned the act, some even comparing the vandals to 26/11 militant Ajmal Qasab.
Confirming the report, joint commissioner of police (crime) Himanshu Roy said, “This man (top-right) has insulted the national monument of India, and arresting him is our priority. Several Muslim leaders have also condemned the act.”
Mumbai Riots : Ban the fanatic ‘Raza Academy’ instantly demands Hindu Janajagruti Samiti
August 13, 2012
Raza Academy has provoked the feelings of the fanatics and carried out the riot with preplanning. Hence Raza Academy must be banned immediately and stringent action should be taken against it. Again compensation should taken from it for all the losses to public property during the riot. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti made this demand in a press statement.
The press statement says, it is the method of the working of Raza Academy to provoke the fanatics and instigate them to carry out anti-national activities, make anti-constitutional activities. This was noticed through various examples so far. That the same method was applied by it this time also is evident from the series of incidents during the riots. The people gathered for the protest possessed lathis, stones and daggers etc. Only one thing that the fanatics were brandishing the daggers and creating terror among the citizens is enough to conclude that the riot was pre-planned.
When it was brought to the notice of the chief minister by a lady journalist that the activities of the rioters were overlooked by the police, he shouted at her instead of appreciating her. This is highly deplorable. It is doubtful whether the Congress Government will take a stringent action against the fanatics who have indulged in anti-national activities.
Some anti-constitutional activities of ‘Raza Academy’
- Raza Academy’s president Yusuf Raza was involved in provoking the fanatics during 2007 riot in Bhivandi and killing 2 policemen by setting them on fire. He was arrested also in the incident.
- Raza Academy issued a Fatwa to kill Mr. Charles Moor, journalist of London-based renowned daily ‘Telegraph’ under the charge that he insulted Prophet Mohammad. The press statement is available at the Academy’s website.
- In January 2012, Mr. Salman Rushdie was to attend a book exhibition in Jaipur, Rajasthan. To oppose him, the Academy declared that ‘he who will slap him with a shoe will be given a reward of Rs.1 lakh’.
Riot in Mumbai to support Bangladeshi infiltrators in Assam preplanned ! – Police
August 13, 2012
|
23 culprits have been arrested and were produced before the court which gave them police custody upto 19th August. Police registered grave offences under sections 302 (Killing), 307 (Attempt to kill), 395 (Dacoity), 354 (Molestation of women) and 149 (Rioting) etc.
The fanatics are reported to have robbed a police officer of a pistol and 2 SLR rifles and also molested lady police. Offences have been registered against some unidentified persons.
Mr. R.R. Patil said, “The intelligence department was aware of the meeting. However, we did not think that a riot will take place.” Investigations have instantly started and the truth will surely come out, he assured.

Violent protest in Mumbai against Assam Riots : Organiser admits ‘irresponsible’ speech
August 12, 2012
A protester breaks the glass case that encloses the Amar Jawan memorial at CST
Mumbai : Twenty people have been detained in connection with the violence in Mumbai that killed 2 people and injured over 50, even as organisers of an event to protest violence against fanatics in Assam and Myanmar have admitted “irresponsible speech” that triggered rioting.
The Indian Express reported that President of the Raza academy, Mohammed Saeed Noori, who organised the protest, had admitted that an “irresponsible speech” condemning “poor coverage” of the Assam situation had been made at the venue.
Meanwhile the BJP are scheduled to meet Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan and demand that those responsible for the violence be arrested immediately. “We condemn the attack on media persons and on duty policemen. However, police should have anticipated violence during an event that had a huge gathering,” a BJP spokesperson said.
The Mumbai Crime Branch has now taken over the investigation.
Chavan said that as an immediate measure police deployment has been increased in the state and an alert has been issued across the country. He added that the CPRF, Rapid Action Force and State reserve police have been deployed at sensitive locations.
Mumbai Police Commissioner Arup Patnaik meanwhile, told the media that a red alert had been issued, given that this was a sensitive situation. “The holy month of Ramzan is on. Considering there were serial blasts in Pune recently, and that the Independence Day is also coming up, we have issued a red alert in the city until the situation is entirely under control”, he said.
Union Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde offered his full cooperation to the Maharashtra government in dealing with any situation arising out of the violence. “I appeal to the people to maintain peace. There is peace even in Assam. No one should spread any rumours. We will take strong action against rumour mongers,” he told reporters.
A photographer from Sakal Times, Prashant Sawant, 50, was also seriously injured in the violence along with at least three other photo journalists.

Mumbai : 46 injured; 2 killed in riots started by fanatics to protest Assam and alleged Myanmar violence
August 11 2012Mumbai : At least 2 persons were killed and 46 persons were injured when a protest against Assam riots today turned violent as demonstrators torched vehicles, including media vans, and pelted stones, leading the police to fire in the air and use batons to the disperse the unruly mob here.
Hundreds of protesters gathered at the Azad Maidan Ground in south Mumbai this afternoon on a call given by a city-based outfit, Raza Academy, to denounce the riots in Assam and also alleged attacks on a minority community in neighbouring Myanmar.
They suddenly turned unruly and torched vehicles, damaged buses and pelted stones. Police opened fire in the air and resorted to lathi-charge to disperse the mob and restore order, said a policeman deployed at the Azad Maidan.
Azad Maidan Ground, a regular venue for protests, is located near Mumbai civic body headquarters and CST Mumbai railway station. The bustling area wore a deserted look as policemen cordoned off the locality and patrolled the streets.
At least 16 people, including some media persons, were injured. The situation has been brought under control, police said, adding cause of the violence was being probed.
Due to the unrest, several suburban train services were briefly disrupted and road traffic was also affected.
Eight of the injured were rushed to St George Hospital while four each were taken to G T and J J Hospitals, officials at Disaster Control Room said.
"Three media OB vans and a police vehicle were set on fire. A BEST (civic) bus, two four-wheelers and five two- wheelers were damaged in the stone pelting," they stated.
Meanwhile, Raza Academy distanced itself from the violence. "While we were protesting at the ground, some people got aggressive and started behaving violently," Mohammed Saeed, General Secretary of the academy, told PTI.
"We never encourage violence and strongly condemn such acts," he added.

Raza Academy, Sunni Jamaitul Ulma, and Jamate Raza-e-Mustafa should be banned from taking any public meetings as their protestors have unleashed violence of this magnitude. They should be dealt with strictly henceforth. The police should be watchful about their movements too. Only 23 out of 50,000 arrested. One can imagine how much congress is islamized. It is the congress that should be banned first for playing with the security of this country.
