O Hindus, don’t be complacent till the unauthorized construction is demolished !

Pune (Maharashtra) : Petition filed by Maharashtra Government against the verdict passed by High Court regarding unauthorized construction of Afzal Khan’s tomb was dismissed by the Supreme Court which has put the State Government to shame. Now, the Government will have to demolish the unauthorized construction. (Hindus should realize that the congress rulers, who are descendants of Afzal Khan, are bound to create some problem in executing Supreme Court’s order; therefore, they should, with unity, follow up the matter with the Govt. till unauthorized construction is demolished. – Editor)

Mr. Milind Ekbote, a devout Hindu from Pune had filed a petition in Hign Court for demolition of unauthorized construction near Pratapgad. The Court ordered the Government to remove the illegal structure. Maharashtra Government, however, did not agree with the Court’s verdict and decided to challenge the verdict in Supreme Court. Supreme Court, however, asked the State Government to file an affidavit within two weeks explaining the delay of 400 days in challenging High Court’s order. Maharashtra Government did not file affidavit within the stipulated two weeks; therefore, Supreme Court has dismissed the petition challenging High Court’s decision and confirmed the High Court’s decision. Earlier, on 13th February also, Supreme Court had dismissed one petition on this issue. (Both the Congresses in Maharashtra get smack in the face, every now and then, for kowtowing to Muslims for their votes ! – Editor)
