Memorandum submitted to MLAs at Akola for opposing anti-superstitions Act !

Akola (Maharashtra) : Activists of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) recently submitted memorandum to Mr. Gopikishanji Bajouria, Shiv Sena MLA  and Mr. Govardhan Sharma, MLA of BJP with a demand that the proposed anti-superstitions Act should not be passed in the monsoon session of the State Legislative Assembly.

Mr. Bajouria said, “We have opposed the Act till now and even in future, we will continue to oppose; because we are aware that the said Act will impose ban on our performing religious rituals.” Mr. Govardhan Sharma also assured to oppose the Bill and participation of his party members in the agitation to be staged in Akola.  HJS activists viz. Mr. Dheeraj Raut, Ajay Khot, Mrs. Pratibha Jadi, Mrs. Sushama Bais and Mrs. Madhuri More were present on this occasion.
