Prediction of Dr. Dabholkar, a staunch critic of Astrology !

Mumbai : We are trying for past 14 years to get the Act passed on black magic. The Government always gives us promises; but we have now sent 2500 letters from 25 districts to the Chief Minister which are written with blood, the public opinion is now in favour of passing the said Act. There is delay in passing this Act because false propaganda was done among politicians against this Bill as it is against Hindu Dharma. The Act will, however, be passed in the forthcoming budgetary session, said Dr. Narendra Dabholkar, the Chief Executive of Maharshstra Andha-shraddha Nirmulan Samiti. (Dr. Dabholkar does not seem to have understood the meaning of democracy and working of Ministry. The Bills should have appropriate clauses prepared unanimously for it to be passed. If Bills were passed with letters written with blood; everybody would follow the same practice ! – Editor SP) He was talking at ‘Atre Katta’ at Vile Parle. Dr. Dabholkar said further,

1. “We are against the religious activities undertaken by fake ‘Maharaj’ and ‘buva’ as the money given to them is hard –earned money of ordinary citizens.

2. The property of Sri Satya Saibaba is Rs. 40,000 crores. If I have a right to check accounts of the Government, I can also check financial dealings of such ‘Maharaj’. (Dr. Dabholkar, why don’t you first check illegal things of the trusts managed by you; bring improvement in their working system and bring the same forth for people to know? – Editor SP)

3. Many people are curious to know about the money received by ANiS. Our organisation collected money in the name of ‘Gratitude Fund’ by making school children from 25 districts fast for one day as ‘Gratitude fast’. (Dr. Dabholkar does not mind taking small children to task by making them observe fast in his self interest ! – Editor SP) We collected Rs. 5 lakhs from 5 lakh students and thus could collect Rs. 25 lakhs. Out of this money, annual salary of 40 full time workers of ANiS is paid. (Dr. Dabholkar is misleading religious citizens and trying to make them atheist which is actually anti-social thing to do. Such Dr. Dabholkar has no right to claim that he is doing social work.  Making small children to observe fast, collect money from them, getting letters written with blood; are these things not dreadful? In fact, action should be taken against Dr. Dabholkar for doing such things! – Editor SP)

4. There is no scientific base to the science of Astrology. We have given open challenge to hold discussions with us on this subject; but nobody has responded to it so far.” (Dr. Daholkar is notorious for giving challenges and backing out at the last moment. Many persons have taken up his challenge and are still challenging him; but Dr. Dabholkar has run away every time. – Editor SP)
