Bangalore (Karnataka): From February 5 National Investigation Agency (Hindu Oppressing Agency) has been inhumanly torturing Sanatan seekers. Crossing all limits NIA officials are now engaging in tyrannical activities which can put dacoits and vagabonds to shame such as beating Seekers, using abusive language, indirectly coercing them to leave Sanatan Sanstha, threatening seekers who are under investigation with destroying their and their relatives’ lives, wasting the seekers time under the guise of investigation, depriving seekers of food, not giving any notice before investigations as mandated by law, not giving information about the time and location of investigations, intentionally calling seekers for investigations at a remote Police Station, going to seekers’ houses to take important documents and articles into custody by threatening to use force and of dire consequences. Adopting a lawful path against the tyrannical acts of the NIA officials seekers have registered a complaint with the District Commissioner of Police, have taken a press conference, registering complaints with the Human Rights Commission, Women’s Commission, and the State Chief Minister. Seekers met the Chief Minister on 23.2.2012. They handed over a memorandum in opposition of the tyrannical acts of the National Investigation Agency officials. The Chief Minister has, in his own hand on the memorandum, given written instructions to the State Superintendent of Police to conduct enquiry in this matter and provide protection to Sanatan Seekers Mr. Vinaykumar and Mr. Udaykumar. (Sanatan Sanstha is thankful to the Chief Minister of Karnataka D. V. Sadananda Gowda for understanding Sanatan’s demand for justice and taking prompt action in this regard ! – Editor SP)

Seekers, as the investigating officials are lying to show that Seekers are lying, please record the telephonic conversations with the officials ! This recording can be later used as evidence in Hindu Rashtra to take action against these officials !

After conducting investigations on 21.2.2012 the officials of NIA told the seekers ‘Call us on the telephone the next day at 9 am’.  Accordingly on 22.2.2012 when seekers called the officials at 9 am, the officials said ‘We will call you later to inform you at what time you should come’. In the morning session the officials called the seekers’ parents on telephone and asked them to submit certain articles at the police station; but did not give any information about the time their children (seekers) were to be present at the police station. Later at 12 noon one official talking to a seeker on telephone asked ‘Where are you all, we are waiting for you since 11 in the morning’. The seeker replied ‘You were to inform us at what time we have to come.’ At that time the official giving a completely false answer said ‘We had informed your father. Did he not tell you ?’
