Panvel : One-day workshop by HJS on stress management
February 13, 2012 Magh Krushna Shashthi, Kaliyug Varsha 5113 Panvel (Dist. Raigad, Maharashtra) : A day’s workshop was recently organized by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) on stress management, how to lead life without any stress. Mr. Pravin Khot, an activist of HJS guided the members of audience on the subject. 30 citizens and devout Hindus attended the workshop. Mr. Khot impressed upon the audience how important it is to remain in the present for leading life without any stress.
