Issue of throwing of ink at ‘Yoga-rushi’ Baba Ramdev

Nagpur (Maharashtra) : Ink was thrown at ‘Yoga-rushi’ Baba Ramdev in Delhi. Many organizations registered their protest against the said incident in Nagpur. A protest rally was taken out by various organizations and protest meeting was held in RBI Chowk. Organization against corruption, Bharat Swabhiman Trust, Sanatan Sanstha, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, Ma Shakti Sanghatana, Brahmasabha etc. joined the protest along with many patrons of ‘Yoga’.

Dr. Bele of ‘Shri. Anna Hazare sponsored Front’ said that Pujya Ramdev Baba and Shri. Anna Hazare were trying hard to eliminate corruption; but few people were unable to tolerate the same; therefore, such incidents were taking place. All of us should oppose this.

Mr. Shailendra Dubey of ‘Brahmasabha’ said that it was an attack on democracy. Such incidents are taking place very often and all of us should oppose such incidents with unity. ‘Yoga’ has reached every house due to H. H. Ramdevbaba and he is constantly making efforts to eliminate corruption.

Mr. Subhash Zanvar of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti said that there have been many incidents where Hindu Saints have been defamed. ‘Yoga-rushi’ Ramdevbaba, H. H. Asarambapu, Jagatguru Narendracharyaji Maharaj are being constantly attacked in one way or the other. Goa police have filed a ‘Chapter’ case against H. H. Dr. Jayant Balaji Athavale, the founder of Sanatan Sanstha. All devout Hindus should at least devote one hour per day for Dharma related activities so as to put a curb on such incidents.

An effigy of the person, who had thrown ink at Pujya Ramdevbaba, was burnt in RBI Chowk.
