Minister favoring anti-Hindu Act behave rudely in assembly

Nagpur: Shri. Chandrakant Handore, Minister for Social Justice got up to speak without permission of the Chair and demanded that the Black Magic Bill has to be passed. He used such bullying language, which was directed towards the MLAs from Shiv Sena and BJP. Chairman Shri. Shivajirao Deshmukh therefore, admonished Shri. Handore and asked him to behave himself.

As Shri Diwakar Raote, a Shiv Sena MLA sought permission of the Chair for speaking on the Bill 91, when Shri. Handore demanded in a loud voice that the Bill on Black magic has to be passed now. Members of opposition objected and told him that it was not his portfolio and he should keep quiet. Shri. Handore, however, instead of keeping quiet, started talking in a very intimidating manner. After wasting time in such arguments, the Chairman reprimanded Shri. Handore and told him that he should have taken permission of the Chair to speak and should adhere to the practice observed in the Parliament/ Assembly. Shri. Handore later asked for pardon.
