Mr. Santosh Adak, the district-president of Janakalyan Samiti said on the occasion that every Hindu should oppose this bill. It is the duty of every citizen to protest against something which is wrong. Mr. Prasad Vadake of HJS said that Andha-shraddha Nirmulan Samiti starts raising voice against pollution as Hindu festivals like Holi and Ganeshotsava approach; but it does not see the pollution taking place in industrial areas throughout the year.
