O Hindus, unite to prevent denigration of our Deities ! – Ramesh Shinde

Ashwin Krushna Pratipada, Kaliyug Varsha 5112

HJS has been continuously trying to stop denigration and mockery of Hindu Deities. The indecent paintings of Hindu Deities drawn by M F Husain are the height of his perverted mentality; therefore, HJS has been trying to stop exhibition of such paintings in lawful manner. So far 1200 written complaints have been lodged, agitations staged, representations submitted to the Government; but none of it was of any use. Police have replied that the Government has not accepted that such paintings have hurt religious sentiments under the revised law. The serious question here is only because of a complaint received from a Muslim person, has it been proved that the pictures are objectionable? If the Government agrees that the pictures are objectionable, it should first declare as to what action it is going to take against the websites which are exhibiting and selling these pictures and the original book in which these pictures were first published.

The paintings are displayed on our website with an honest purpose i.e. for people to realize how denigration of Deities take place through perverted art.  We are ready to immediately remove all such pictures from our website provided all other websites engaged in exhibition and sale of the paintings and the book titled ‘Husain’ remove these pictures.
