This is a very good article. All this while, I had been reading about the beliefs behind our practices. Very nice to see scientific explanation and proof being given. Thank you very much for this. I am going to share this with friends. I have always been advised by my elders that the correct dress to wear for worship is the nine yard saree, worn with a kaccha and this is what I follow. Quite a few of my friends were skeptical about any basis for this except belief. This kind of information actually helps convince people.

If possible then this information may be in Hindi so it is very useful...if not possible type in hindi then type it in english but we understand in hindi like "Hame Hindu Hone pe Garve Hai"
