I accessed the draft bill of ‘Prevention of Communal and Targeted Violence (Access to Justice and Reparations) Bill, 2011 that is made available to me on your website. I strongly protest this bill, some of the grounds therefore are as follows,.

1. The drafting committee members include extremists like Teesta Settlewad whose claims regarding Gujarat riots turned out false. This was stated by the SIT before the Court. The committee is not balanced one.
2. This bill is evidently antiHindu and totally favouring minorities. It has been prepared with a concept that only hindus start riots, which is totally wrong.

So, I strongly object to this bill. IT should not be passed and enacted.

I further sincerely request you to extend the response time for 3 months instead of closing down on 10.6.2011.
