Shri Rajendra Kapse, an artist from Mumbai had exhibited his artworks in Tao Art Gallery, Mumbai. Most of the pictures were depicting Hindu deities in derogatory sense. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti had warned the artist that if exhibition was not stopped, he would have to face protests. The artist stopped his exhibitions the very next day and declared it closed. |
