I like the section "Respect National Flag", I am still surprise to see that there is no act which prevents the usage of national flag in political areas. I hope there is some patent law which prevents this. National flag in any percentage should not be used/replicated to create political flags/symbols and thats the true respect.

Am a die hard Indian fan and am proud to be an Indian BUT i dont understand the logic of not being able to pin up a paper flag on my shirt pocket which is closest to my heart. What is the problem in doing so?
Also, what about the flags which lie around on the ground during political rallies etc?

I think the childern must be tought right from the schools about our national flag and to respect it. I remember once traveling from Delhi to Ludhiana on train, on 15th August over 10 years ago or so, to my surprise I did'nt see more than two national flags on the way. What I gathered then was that the majority of people don't have pride in their country. Which I think is still the case. So pride in our Bharat Mata and the national flag must be our priority. Jai Hind.
We need to get back to Vande Mataram as OUR National Anthem.

Police are supposed to enforce law. But the police themselves are using plastic national flags like a fashionable item. It seems that the new rules are not made known to them by their seniors or they are not serious about respect for national flag. Parents are unaware of importance of the flag and they themselves buy the plastic flags and other items displaying national flag and the children use them like a toy for playing.

National flag must be respected by people of all nationalities.National flag color combination & pattern must not be allowed to be used for any other thing. In must never be used on any commercial product. During games it is seen that pepole paint tri color line on body that shoud be considered improper depiction of National flag. Any disrispect of nmational flag must reported to poice and a summary judgement be give within a week. There need to be law to deal above suggested matters.
