Pune (Maharashtra): A statement from Hemant Shinde, from the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, explained:"Diwali is more than just lights and crackers. Diwali is series of separate holy festivals from Vasubaras to Bhaunij."

Interest in the Hinduism Summit (Hindu Dharma Sabha), organized by the Forum for Hindu Awakening and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, is growing among Hindus worldwide. Summit is going to held on 24 October 2009 in New Jersey.

Mangalore (Karnataka): HJS and other Hindu organization organized Protest On 15.10. 2009 at 11.00 Am in Mangalore to condemn “Love Jihad” which gradually increased day by day in Mangalore.

Merces (Goa): The devout Hindus from Merces, Goa resolved to eliminate the anti-nationals and the unrighteous with the blessings of Bhagawan Sree Krushna in the ‘Hindu Dharma-jagruti Sabha’ organized by HJS.

Pali (Rajastha): The second ‘Dharmajagruti Sabha’ organized by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) was held on 12th October at Guda Chatura village. Around 1000 devout Hindus attended the Sabha.

Indur (Andhra Pradesh) : Hindu Janajagruti Samiti along with other Hindu organisations held a protest and submitted the memorandum to District Collector for banning crackers having photos of Hindu deities.

Indur (Andhra Pradesh): Dharmasabha follow-up meet arranged by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti at the Bada Raam Temple in Gazulpet, Indur city was attended by about 50 devout Hindus. Also regular Dharmashikshan class was started for Hindus.

Bagalkot (Karnataka): Recently Hindu Janajagruti Samiti organized a meeting before the Dharmasabha at Sree Renukacharya kalyan Mandap. Here Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha will be conducted on 8 November 2009.

Panaji (Goa): In order to create divine consciousness in Hindus and ignite the spirit of Dharma (Righteousness) in them, the HJS is going to organise third round of Dharmasabha in Goa starting on 14 October at Merces, Goa.

Banda (Maharashtra): Mr. Ramesh Shinde said, "Muslim league is still active in India. Their 2 MPs got elected from Kerala. This number could increase in future. So Hindus must be alert and see that India is not divided further."

Panaji (Goa): Raju Nayak, the editor of ‘Dainik Lokmat’, who is possessed by Hindu-hatred, says, “Devout Hindus should be killed with weapons !”

Few unauthorized traders of fire-crackers sell crackers with pictures of Deities and great National Heroes. When such crackers are burst, the pictures of Deities and National Heroes get torn to shreds and are scattered everywhere.

Kanchipuram (Tamil Nadu): Recently HJS members Mr. Kashinath Shetti, Mrs.Rupa Shetti and Mrs.Uma Ravichandran went to Kanchipuram and met both the Swamijis of Kanchi Mutt.

The most imminent view of the sabha was that more than 400 people sat for the conference with speakers after the sabha. It was a unnatural scene where people sat till 10 pm in the night.

Shiroda (Maharashtra): Mr. Ramesh Shinde said, "When Hindus will learn about their true history of the valour shown by their leaders in the past, the radiance of self-respect will be generated in them."

Goa: Public weapon worship programs were organized at 12 places in Goa on the occasion of Dussehra by HJS’ DharmaShakti Sena and its newly formed woman’s wing ‘Ranaragini’.

Sira (Karnataka): Hindu Janajagruti Samiti organized meeting with Local prominent Hindu organizations of RSS, Hindu Jagaran Vedhike and Bajarangdal recently for uniting for the cause of Nation and Dharma.

Pune (Maharashtra): The members of ‘Ranaragini’ staged demonstrations against vulgar movie 'Jogwa' in front of ‘City Pride’ theatre at 3.30 PM and in front of 'Prabhat' theatre at 5.30 P.M.

Tuljapur (Maharashtra): After an appeal made by HJS and other Pro-Hindus organizations, traders gave encouraging response by removing picture of Goddess Bhavani on the packets and bags used for giving Prasad, as these packets and bags go in garbage.
